Worktime - Needs some development, Worktime feature is awsome but some urgent development work needed
Dear Bitrix team,

I just wanted to notify you that after 2 months of intensive testing, and despite a very high level of satisfaction from our team on most aspects, we have decided (with quite a lot of sorrow) not to adopt Bitrix24 as our new project management team.
The limitations in terms of time recording (ability to add time on a non-started day) and extracting are not tolerable for our use.
Unless you intend to implement these (simple) features in a near future, we have to move on searching to another tool - which is quite frustrating since the missing aspect seems so small.

Regarding my 2nd question ("is it possible to extract a global report for all time spent on the platform (not limited to my subordinates/workgroup/personal tasks)" ), I still don't see how to do it: whichever template I design, I still have to define on the report page to whom I want to apply it ("My tasks"/"Subordinates' tasks"/"Group tasks";), and I don't see how to select tasks for all the members on the platform.

I really appreciate your availability, however as already mentioned in [URL=http://www.bitrix24.com/support/forum/messages/forum41/topic5597/message58267/#message58267]that thread[/URL], I feel (and I'm apparently not the only one) that Time tracking could really be improved on your - otherwise excellent - tool, including sharing reports, more detailed reporting, and the most crucial one, the possibility to add time afterwards to a day when the staff member hasn't connected to the platform.

Thanks for your answer, I didn't notice the option to create custom report, which is very useful.
Three more questions:

[*]how can I share a report template with a colleague?
[*]is it possible to have a time report detailed at the level of each span of time saved in the system (= have a detailed report of one day of work, e.g. 8AM-9AM Task 1, 9AM-11AM Task 2...)

Dear Bitrix team,

I have a similar question than David: is there a way to export the time tracking data from Bitrix in a thorough way? So far the only options to see the time spent in detail are either looking at each task (which is obviously not convenient at all), tracking each task through Task resource tracking (but then not possible to see the details or which employee actually worked on the tasks when there are several participants) or through Employee resource tracking (which then doesn't display the detail of the tasks).
Is there a way to have a detailed report showing all details (staff, task, day, comments), potentially on export? If not, do you intend to develop this feature in a near future?

Dear Bitrix team,

We have been recently testing Bitrix24 and have been quite impressed by its features and user-friendliness. However, we are now exactly in the same position than many of the users speaking here (Lisa's message was particularly eloquent). Being an NGO with staff frequently working in remote areas, the possibility to add time afterwards to a day when the staff member hasn't connected to the platform is a must-have. In fact, the ideal solution would be to have a system like the "Time & Expense" plugin in Redmine (platform we're currently using and we were considering leaving for Bitrix): [URL=http://www.redmine.org/plugins/wk-time]http://www.redmine.org/plugins/wk-time[/URL] Staff members/consultants can then log time whenever they want to a task, including filling a timesheet for a whole week, on one page, without having to navigate from one task to another. Maybe that could be an alternative way of logging time, that the admin can choose when setting up the platform?

I hope you will consider these many feedbacks, since it seems to be the only thing really preventing many organizations from switching to your system, and it doesn't look that complex to fix.
