Hi,
I see that, every message in the activity stream for an Extranet workgroup, doesn't send a notice by mail to the members
to inform them. Is it normal ?

MS Office Online or Google Docs not configured
Hi,

When I try to edit online my docs, I got always this errors:

"Social service MS Office Online is not configured"

or

"Social service Google Docs is not configured. Please contact your portal administrator."

Where can we enable these features ?

Enable locking in files, change way to see Drive in workgroups
Well, we have updated the software some weeks ago but we didn't terminated the migration for drive system.
The screenshots are reals.

We hope to come back in the old interface, because we need the locking feature. I opened a ticket with your helpdesk.

I need to use Locking features on files, but I see that DRIVE section in Workgroups hasn't this feature.
How can I change the DRIVE type in Workgroups ?

You are right, but in this way, I have to replicate the info in our intranet Wiki into the Extranet Wiki, everytime :(

I would like to share the Wiki in Intranet into a workgroup in Extranet.
I tried to change the access permesses into information blocks,but it didn't work.

Could you tell me how I can do that ?

I see that the workgroup has an own wiki: the solution can be also to link them together.

"connect to outlook" disappeared
Hi,
After recent updates on SelfHomed-Bitrix demo, the link "Connect to outlook" is no more present in the Calendar section.
Is it normal ? Where can I find it ? I need to install the sync configuration in my Outlook.

Mails don't start, Invites and other mails don't arrive to persons
Hi,
Since installation, email invites don't arrive to recipients. Also notifications don't arrive.
I followed these instructions

was successful ! However, when I add a new member, invite mail still doesn't arrive.
Where can I check the email log or set the SMTP server ?

Where is possible to see who and when was deleted a file ? also from Recycle Bin.
I don't find that in the Event Log.
