associating contacts to multiple companies
Hello Yana,

what is the last activity here from the DEV Team? What's the status of this major issue?

Created users in Admin section are missed in company Employees group, If a user is manually created in the Administration section, the user won't get visible at the employees group

pls have a look into your Administrations Userlist e.g. [URL=http://bitrix.yourserver.local/bitrix/admin/user_admin.php?lang=de]http://bitrix.yourserver.local/bitrix/admin/user_admin.php?lang=de[/URL]

Go into the detail view of your user and scroll to the bottom of the site. There you can see the area company structure.
Be sure that your user is assigned to the proper department. Hope  that helps.
Sending mails from CRM will not arrive at recipients, Sending an email from the CRM will be shown as successful in the activities list but will never arive
Users are connecting their clients with IMAP Connection to the Bitrix System with 'Mein Arbeitsplatz->Mail' and everything seems fine.
Mailcounts from the inbox will be shown correct in the mail menu.

Sending emails from the CRM e.g activitieslist as new mails, do not arrive at the recipients. Wheter for internal mail adresses nor for external.
There are no hints for an error, futhermore the messages are proper displayed in the activities list.
Mails don't start, Invites and other mails don't arrive to persons
Is there any response or valuable answer Yana?

Same problem here with this installation!
updates available but nothing happes, in Bitrix Admin Sysupdate, new updates will be shown, but no updates will be installed
The Bitrix System shows available updates

but when I click the 'recommended updates install' button, the update process starts, but at the end it shows 0 updates were installed.
After site refresh, all possible updates will be shown again.

That means that your systems will be available with full functionality!
It is very hard and costs hours or days, to find the problems, which are not initiated by the customers.

Regardless, we need a solution, this feature has to be tested.

thanks for your response. I know the link to your documentation. But as you can see, I attached one screenshot,
there is no menu 'Telephony' after installation available. That's the topic.

The installation has been done with your virtual applicane image VMBitrix5.1.2-vmware.zip. Please let me know, how
to activate the feature 'Telephony', as you described in your documentation as well as in your last post, because this is
not available after installation.

In the Administration->Settings->Userlist, new users can be added to the system. We didn't found out a way,
to make these users part of our companies employees? Adding these users to the employees group did't seem to be enough.

What has to be done, to make users, added in the Administration section, beeing part of the companies employees group?

[COLOR=#000000]There is no menu in the main desktop view, but also not in the administration view.

What is wrong, or what do we have to do, to activate this feature. Thers is no hint in the documentation.

custom search field, additional field where you can choose a related company
We are interested in switching from the cloud system to the self hosted Bitrix, therefore we built a self hosted installation.

In the CRM customers view we need an additional custom field. In this field we need to choose one of the exsting companies.
This company is kind of a related company (eg. supplier, partner, etc.).

Is there a possibility to create two custom fields for choosing this relationship?
One field, as a type of list field, which describes the relation, eg. partner, supplier etc., and another field, wh ere I can choose one of the other existing companies,
in best case a search field, because there are lots of companies in the system.
