Of course not, all are confidential information not to be shared in a forum. I will open a new ticket; but it is easy to understand. I receive an email with 4 ppl in cc; I cannot see those people if I open this email in Bitrix (DEAL panel for example, or lead or other) but the message (email)appeares to be addressed to me only.
I see that there are people in cc only if I use some external email client (outlook for example) so I cannot do any proper reply, because if I do I will reply to only one person (the mail sender) not to all (people in cc), breaking the conversation.

Person in cc are not visible, so i can't add them, and reply to all is not allowed from the Bitrix24 email panel; and i'm not politely replying only to the sender and not to all the participants.[/FONT]

Also if I do reply to the email (who has people in cc) it is not shown in the original deal (I always put myself in c).

What I'm doing wrong ??
