Jdbc drivers to access CRM data?, Is there a way to access my account's CRM data through a jdbc driver?
I'd like to merge Bitrix CRM data with an administration application we have, based on a SQL Server database, and I'm wondering if I could read my CRM data through a jdbc driver to process some ETL tasks.
Can I?

Obviously, I agree with Rafael. I did have problems with customers/contacts firewalls just for the inserted advertising. I have switched to my own e-mail system (where I could use CC and BCC too....) instead than Bitrix months ago, but anyway I keep on following the evolution of Bitrix email system...

I totally agree with Richard.
If/when the word "free" will disappear from the forced signature I'll restart to use Bitrix email again (even if thare are some others open issues with it). Until now I keep on using my own email provider.
Need to add a x% for M&S to each Invoice and Income estimate, Is there a way to insert a row in "products" (Deal) with the price in % of above rows?
In deals, I need to add a M&S price to the estimated income (then in invoices), based on xx% (currently 20%) of the total prices of above rows; and the final total shouldconsider so, then apply taxes, if any.

Currently I compute the price by hands, then I insert the row as a no-standard product.
Is there another way?

Today I've noted, for the first time, this signature added by Bitrix at the bottom of outgoing emails:

"Sent by [url=http://www.bitrix24.com]bitrix24.com[/url] - world's most popular free CRM and client management solution"

Why we were not warned about this?
It's not so fine to add advertising info like this, without any previous info to the users, moreover specifing "free CRM"... Is it possible to modify/hide it?
We use free version of Bitrix, and our test should last at least one year: complex business is commitetd, and we wait for more customers before purchase a paid Bitrix solution, but it's business anyway....
Keep custom fields converting from lead to deal, Is it possible to keep custom fields (definition and content) in "conversions"?
How could I keep and save custom fields used for Leads during their conversion to Deals? I've tried also to define the same customfields in Deals (same name, same type) and then convert Leads, but none fields are kept.
Any Idea?

I fuly agree with Lisa: we're in quite the same situation, and we need the same features.
Filter(s) lost when opening a task with subtask, A filter set in the main tasks list is lost (no more active) when a task with subtasks is clicked and open
OK, but it doesn't either keep the filter set on the main page.
If a user sets a filter fr om the main task list, and no filters could be set by users for subtask, then the original filter should be kept until the user changes it again.
Who works with a deep tree tasks structure, wh ere the real tasks are at leaf level, could have really discomforts, it's absolutely a not user-friandly scenario...

I start the main task list with this scenario where the filter means "[U]show all not completed tasks[/U]":


Then I click on a task with subtask....



Two problems:
1) All tasks that should be excluded by the filter (the completed ones, in this case) are anyway shown
2) there's no way to set the filter again: no "filter" option in the main tool bar...

Any planned improvement?

Filter not saved moving from task list to task editing and back, Custom filter setting for task list is missing after edit or inserting task/subtask
I start with a task list like the one below, with "ALL" and a filter on:



I work on task(s), either editing them or adding new onews.
Then I click on the back arrow in top right corner of a task:


When I'm back to the initial task list I find the settings changed to a basic view like below:


How could I have back my filters ("All" + custom filter, like the first pic) for default?
Why does Bitrix miss it?

Completion level, Is it possible to add a "completion level" -standard- field?
I need to set the compeltion level for tasks, ie: 25%, 50%, 75%,.... or even more granular numbers.
Is it possible using standard fields?
Email formatting, The size of characters in an output message cannot be checked and very often is actually terrible
I have the need to vary characters size in outgoing emails, so I've tried to use the options in the standar editor (xx-smal, x-small, ...), and I've found two distinct problems:
1) the formatted message could not be seen as formatted and so checked before its forwarding
2) the formatted message often looks terrible and messed up, even if I choosed to reduce or enlarge the characters for just a paragraph, or a signature: I mean the "format" effects hits areas that shgould not involved in the requested format.

One of the consequences is that currently I'm obliged to use a plain email template, with no formatting (size) options, otherwise the entire message compiled from a "formatted" templatre is at risk (and sometimes I've sent orrible formatted message, but discovering so only after the message has been sent....:o )
Copying e-mail template, Is there a way to copy an e-mail template to start building a new one?
It seems an user cannot clone or copy an email template to start creating a new one. This will be an useful feature

Opportunities, Why Bitrix24 does not have "Opportunities" in the CRM section? Opportunities are not "Deals" and certainly not "Leads"

Hi.
I've converted a lead in a contact, then connected this contact (not the original Lead!) with a Company. Now I'd like to delete the original Lead but it looks impossible.
I receive this message:
"Cannot delete the converted lead "......" because there are companies and contacts linked to it. Please delete these items and then try again."
The problem is that I don't know (even if I've looked for) which are the pending connections that stop the deletion.
Where have I to look?

Could I even roll-back from Contact to Lead, so I could restart from the beginning?

How can I change calendar for a task/event?, I don't see the right field
I need to change the calendar for a Task or event. I've defined the calendar I need in Bitrix, and set it as "default calendar too.

When I edit a task to change its calendar, form an old one to the new default one, I don't see any "calendar" field, or any dropdown list of aivable calendars....

I'm sure there's a way, but I cannot find it... :(
In the attache pic the "task" card is shown, without calendar field(s)
