Invitation to a colleague for a meeting in CRM Area, Is it possible to send an invitation to a colleague for a meeting in "Company" or "Lead" zones of CRM area?
I need to invite a colleague in a meeting with a Lead and/or a Company, but it seems it's impossible....
I don't see any "invite" or "other attendees" in the meeting boxes, as the attached one.
Case management in the future?, Bitrix evolution...
So no ticketing system is planned for Cloud version, neither soon, neither later.... Is it?

I think it's the only missing module in Bitrix Cloud, and this "vacance" could force to opt for other Cloud applications, even if they are not so good as Bitrix in other modules. We also need it and we've to understand if, for our needs, it's better to have an integrated CRM+Ticket/Support system or keep a CRM (like Bitrix....) and register another dedicated Cloud Saas Ticketing Service....

Is any "case management" ( or ticketing system) module planned for the future?
CRM: Email to Bitrix24 in CC or BCC, IS the feature still available?
While waiting for the logic improvement, is there a way to "move" the "incoming email" to a specific Lead / Deals?
And what about connect the "incoming email" with more than a single contact (in the case the original email has been sent to more than a recipient)?
I'haven't seen these options in the email menu...

Now (2013) It looks that only the emails sent from Bitrix CRM could be tracked/logged, with any "reply" from recipients.
Is the feature in blue still active?
Could CRM log an emali sent from my own usual email address to a customer, having in "cc" the CRM mail-box?
