How to disable annoying automatic update check in desktop app?
We do recommend not to ignore desktop app updates since they are closely connected with general app improvement & even more tightly with new features releases, so that when the web version receives updates the app may require update too.

Create Company out of Deal, Automatically create Company from new Deal
When you add new deal you can either select one of the companies or create a new company. Which means if you have company details in a deal - it will be automatically added to the invoice. Or probably I miss something in this scenario.

The custom filed file allows you to upload files to your Bitrix24 Cloud & download them to your local computer after - unfortunately these files are stored in the "back end" of your cloud account & you cannot access them via My Drive or Company Drive folders.

Editing the Default fields, The CRM area has default fields which apply to Leads, Contacts, etc... but how can I edit the fields?

If you mean desktop app switch between accounts - no plans yet. The mobile app already allows you to add several accounts to switch between them easier.

You cannot migrate email attachments between CRM items. Email will be attached to one CRM item only. But you can manually send this email 2 times to different CRM records.

How do i move files from my drive to company drive?
Hi Donald!

There is no direct way to do that, but here we have 2 workarounds:

[B]1. [/B][B]Share your My Drive files with all users [/B]- open My Drive general settings (right top corner) > Assign permissions > Add more > other > all authorized users. In this case all files will stay in your own My Drive but any other user of your account will be able to find them from your profile page > Drive.

[B]2. If you have these files at your local computer folder (A)- you can synchronize them with a special folder in Company Drive. [/B]Here is how:
- first, make sure you have your desktop app running & files sync enabled there.
- open Company Drive & create new folder for future files (B).
- in this folder (B) options menu please choose "connect to Drive" - this folder will appear under your MY Drive.
- on your local computer - manually move folder with files (A) -  to Bitrix24 folder> [B]folder B at your local computer [/B] - you need to move them directly to this new folder (the one you have just created under Company Drive) (B)
These files will automatically appear both in your My Drive & Company Drive in Bitrix24 cloud.

Total time spent by employee per task

As a workaround  - you can set multiple responsible users to the same task - in this case several independent tasks with same conditions but different responsible users will be created. Each user will be working on own task & time will be tracked individually.

Bitrix24 offers web mail connector - you can connect your own mailbox, in this case when you click webmail in Bitrix24 menu - your inbox will be opened in a new browser tab. Currecntly you can connect Gmail, Outlook.com, iCloud, Office365, Exchange, Yahoo, Aol.
