You need your app to grant access to business processes, to be able to add actions to the business process designer. These methods are authorized:

Email integration for multiple users, CRM/Settings/Send&Save Integration problems
Bitrix24 administrator should go to CRM>Settings>Email>Email integration. Users can open Email Integration Options (click on own profile photo in the right top corner & choose Email Integration Options). When users will add their mailboxes there,  there is an option called CRM integration - they should enable it.

Gantt chart colors cannot be customized at the moment. Workgroup calendars colors can - open workgroup > calendar >edit > choose color & save.

Tasks calendar color cannot be changed unfortunately.

You can't drag&drop, but you can edit one task that should become dependent one, click[B] subtask [/B](the option works as "make this task as subtask of") and choose task which you'd like to make parent task.

Bitrix24 CRM provides access permissions configuration based on the responsible user condition. Here is what it means: you can configure access to all contacts based on users who are responsible for these contacts. In your case you can create separate department - let's call it WA & add users who work with this direction to this department.Further create another department(s) for other directions or one for general contacts. Access permissions in this case will be = personal & department. Users of WA department will see only each other contacts, users from General department (give them same access = personal & department) will have access to own & General department contacts, but not to another department records.
