Quotes - Can't see the funnel or any graphs based on quote stages, After defining a few stages for my quotes, can't create a funnel.

Sales funnels are build based on deal stages, not quotes. Analytical reports for quotes are not available. You can use quote stages in order to filter quotes lists by stages.

Deal, Lead, Quote Input or Edit Screens, How to lock once the template has been defined?

You can use "save preferences for all users" - by default your users (sales agents) will get the form view you have just configured, but they can always reset settings - in this case they will get the default form. At this moment there is no option to lock the configured form for other users, only save.

How to manually assign an email to a lead or contact, An email is sitting in my Yandex inbox, because it has not been automatically assigned to a lead. How do I assign it manually?

When you convert a lead, contact or a company to a deal - attached emails (connected via Send&Save) should be converted to this deal as well (see deal's activities). If this is not what you've meant - please give more details. Thank you.

Converting Lead to Contact, Company and Deal with Custom Fields
Hi,

In case you have created custom fields in leads, when you click "generate for this lead" e.g. contact (convert to contact) - the system will show you a notification that several custom fields are missing in contact form & propose you to create these fields in contact, click agree. After contact form is opened - the system will show you a default form - click "show fields" & add your custom fields to the form.

Importing Companies with Multiple Branch Locations, What is the best way to go about this?

You can either create 1 company with several contacts connected, each contact representing a location or create different name companies - e.g. My Company Singapore, My Company Brazil, etc. The problem is that companies cannot be connected to each other, Bitrix24 supports only contact-company connections at the moment. You can test both options to see wich one suits better.
