1 - each user can connect 1 email address to Bitrix24 CRM via Settings > Email integration. Only 1 email address can be connected for each user.

2 - you're right. Helpdesk is available in the self-hosted version only.

You should be able to export all contacts - by clicking export - by default. The problem with export may be connected with "include in export" option for contacts (can be found in each contacts form). You can do the following: under the contacts list click "for all" and in the actions menu select "include in export" - apply. Try to export again.

Multiple Participants to All Tasks, How do I Add Multiple Participants to All Tasks
Hi Gabriel,

If you need to add a participant to all tasks, here is how this can be done:

1) Open Tasks > All tasks
2) Filter tasks by necessary parameters (e.g. responsible person, group, deadline, etc.) - if necessary
3) At the bottom of tasks list - choose "for all"
4) In the actions menu select "add participant"
5) Select participant (user) & clicl Apply

Note: you can add only one participant to a bulk of tasks at a time. If you need to add several participants to a group of tasks - please do it in several steps (one by one).

  • Sort: the less is the value, the higher the field is positioned in the list item properties form;
  • Required: specifies that this field must exist when adding a list item;
  • Multiple: if this option is checked, you can assign more than one field value when adding or editing a list item;
  • Type: specifies the filed value type;
  • Default Value is used when creating a new list item; set it to the most frequently used value so users don’t have to kill their time providing it again and again.

Setup Multiple Bitrix24 Accounts, How to setup bitrix in order to have multiple accounts bound to same login and be able to interact with several intranets
When you register at bitrix24.com \ bitrix24.net - a Bitrix24 Network ID is created for you, further you can create several intranets under same Network ID - you will have same login for each intranet. BUT (!) you won't have these intranets tasks or notifications  inside same Bitrix24 account - you will need to open each intranet separately to see each intranets tasks, etc. The only work around - email notifications - can be gathered at your one email account for all intranets.

Though you can create several intranets as I mentioned above - it is not exactly how Bitrix24 is designed. This scenario is more or less comfortable if you have a couple of clients = couple of intranets. If you plan to have more - the idea for you is to use Bitrix24 CRM & Extranet workgroups for clients. But it depends on your type of business & scenario Bitrix24 should help you with.

Clock-in and Clock-out Option missing, How to fix missing clock in and clock out from dashboard
I see, Bitrix24 offers 2 solutions (on premise & cloud) and several plans inside each solution, that's why it may be difficult to find out which option is available at what plan\version form our website pages giving product features overview. I believe this is because Bitrix24 offers a huge set of tools & we try to give the most full summary of each tool.

I would recommend to refer  to our [URL=https://www.bitrix24.com/prices/]prices page[/URL] (show me difference tab is quite helpful) and use this [URL=http://www.bitrixsoft.com/download/docs/B24_editions_comparison.pdf]plans comparison chart[/URL] for easier navigation.

Bind to User, Can it be use to add additional Responsible person?
As mentioned above - by default Bitrix24 CRM allows to have only one user to be responsible - please note that an amount of system functions are tightly bound to this rule. You may create a work around with a business process but the system will anyway consider only 1 users to be responsible for the record.

What I've meant is CRM email integration that currently works as one email address for 1 Bitrix24 portal - we plan to give each user of the portal CRM the possibility to bind his\her own email address to the CRM. Any email address. This option is scheduled to be released this summer. Stay tuned!
