Business process with physical document templates.
Hi Mihai,

Yes, you can create one  as pre-made workflows in Bitrix24 Activity Stream > new message > processes. Users will open the file or have a link to open it & fill the pdf template, after that they will have to save the file on the computer & upload it to the workflow for further approval. You can hire one of our partners who will be happy to help with a workflow creation.

Activities created in Contacts E.g. Task, Events, Meetings. Etc are not linked in the company., Contact for a Company their activities are not linked together.

First of all, thank you for taking time posting your suggestions here & thank you for staying a loyal Bitrix24 user for all of these years. Yes, we do understand the cloud popularity & obvious advantages that is why still working hard on the new updates. As for the suggestion to bring "self-hosted" options to the "cloud" - we see demand for some modules, such as Helpdesk, for example, but since such modules are deeply based within the control panel (not available in the cloud) - it requires the module to be developed basically from scratch for cloud users. What we are going to do here is concentrate our attention on the most demanded & strategically right updates for our users & move step by step. Please make sure your voice is heard here & we'll take it into account.

Yes, you can try to forward it to the integrated with Bitrix24 CRM email address (important - there shouldn't be new leads with the same email address in Bitrix24) with the email title contains a construction like [LID#1] ([URL=https://training.bitrix24.com/support/training/course/?COURSE_ID=55&LESSON_ID=5438]details here[/URL]) - but this will work only If the sender's address is one of your Bitrix24 intranet users email addresses

This is a good direction to develop but we haven't started yet, we're working on some other interesting updates for this summer. meanwhile you can use:

Extranet workgroup tasks - attach files there & select CRM items in the task form. The task will appear in the CRM record's activities as well.

You can do the following:

1 option - open user profile, click calendar - and see all user's calendars and add events to their calendars (read more [URL=https://helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/1332404/]here[/URL])
2 option - configure favorite calendars - add other users calendars to your own Calendar section under My Workspace, but you won't be able to add events to these calendars (read more [URL=https://training.bitrix24.com/support/training/course/index.php?COURSE_ID=55&LESSON_ID=5182#calendar_fav_edit]here[/URL])

Yes, this is correct. The point is there is a finish flag icon next to activities in the list - so you can click on it to finish the activity. If you're interested in the calendar view of the CRM events you can use Calendar section & More - CRM options.
