Add Fresh emoji, emoticons, smileys, i tend to use skype instead, bitrix emojis are too lame and too few.

Actually you can add own smileys to Bitrix24 chat this way:

1. Go to smileys website: e.g.  http://emojipedia.org/
2. Select smiley & copy address
4. Open Bitrix24 desktop app or Bitrix24 web chat (via browser) - find yourself among employees & open chat window.
3. Insert the smiley via BB-Code: e.g.
Code
 [icon=http://emojipedia-us.s3.amazonaws.com/cache/c4/5d/c45d648d91f6cfa4340c8bf221f2abff.png size=20 title=cake] 
and send it to yourself.

Notes:
  • Smiley are saved to the tool you have added them to - e.g. in case you will add smileys via desktop app, they will be added to the desktop app. In case you add them via web browser - they will be available only via this browser Bitrix24 web chat.

Cannot exprort all contacts, I cannot export all contact records - are there any limitations for export

Make sure you have:

1) CRM > Settings > Access Permissions > export available for your CRM role.
2) Option "include in export" enabled for records.
3) Filter above list of records empty or applied the way you need.

You can already associate Contact with several companies! In contact edit form choose several companies, they will be added to the contact form.

CRM: Reports
Dashboard reports are available for Contacts, but separate Reports section doe not provide an option for contacts. Unfortunately we don't have short-term plans for them.

Companies and Company details are confusing

Not sure why you need to add company name & then close the form?

Steps are:
1) You click "add new company"
2) Then you fill in all details - address, etc. (if you need to rest form to default - you can do that with the help of right top corner option - reset settings)
3) Save

If you need to add details go back or editing the from.

For custom fields you can go to CRM > Form & Report Settings > Custom fields. Here you can create several custom fields of various types.

As for the address field - that may be a bit confusing, I agree.

Task Completion Date
The end date column under Tasks list view reflects the finish\complete task date. If you mean task time planning options - start & finish dates, they can be seen under Gantt View.
