We’ve got a couple of great news for those Bitrix24 users who want to use our service on their own servers!

[B]Let us introduce - New Prices For On Premise Bitrix24 Editions! [/B]

First, we are introducing new and extremely affordable on premise edition called Bitrix24.CRM. That’s a sneak peek, Bitrix24.CRM is coming soon in May! Priced at only 1,490 US dollars, it’s ideal for small companies that plan to use Bitrix24 primarily for sales but want to host it on their own server. Contrary to its name, it actually contains all the features of Bitrix24 Professional plan, like tasks, projects, documents or calendars, excluding Extranet, for up to 12 users. If you need more users and features, you’ll need to upgrade to Business or Enterprise editions (these editions are already available for purchasing).

The second big news is that you no longer need to purchase additional users for your self-hosted Bitrix24 instances. Each edition now comes with a certain user pack included. For example, Bitrix24 Business 250 includes up to 250 users and Bitrix24 Enterprise Unlimited gives you unlimited users on your server. We really wanted to price each edition so that it’s fair for organization of any size and here’s what we came up with:

Thanks for the vote. We've added the[B] Select language[/B] option to the online chat - soon we'll add Portuguese localization to the default message. Unfortunately customization of this message (own text & image) is not supported yet, but we come back to this feature later.

When you add new tasks you have "set reminder" option - this reminder can be sent either via messenger or email. Mobile app push notification can be configured in notification settings & should work in case you're not active in web version of your account (in case you use messenger notification type).

You have Time planning options - start & finish dates. And you also have end date - the date you actually click finish tab on the task. The end date can be added to the tasks list view (use settings gear on the right).

As for the tasks - please make sure you have not enable "Hide tasks" mode in Activity Stream (click All events). If you'd liek to receive group updates in your messenger please open the workgroup & turn on notifications (between All events & Actions).

You can add events to My Calendar or Company Calendar with user's availability = away. These events will be automatically reflected under Absence Chart.

You can add custom fields of date & time type, please note that these events won't be added to your calendar. You can add events to Bitrix24 calendar and connect them to CRM records. You can invite Bitrix24 users to this event & enable option "confirm invitation".
