Yes, you should drag & drop Company Calendar in place of My Calendar. In this case Company Calendar will open by default.

Does Bitrix24 have a backup/export ability?

I meant that we do back-ups for all accounts including free ones (so that we can fix everything fast in case something is wrong at our end). But if the problem happens at user's side - e.g. your employee has deleted important information - for such case we can provide account back-up (for past date before information has been deleted) only to Standard or Professional plans subscribers since it requires additional time & effort from our support team.

2) [B]Selection Lists: Is it possible to delete or edit the names of selection lists (rather than the list options themselves)? For instance, I don't need to use the Statuses list but may like to re-purpose it for something else - [/B]selection lists can be edited under CRM > Settings > Start point > Statuses & Dropdowns. [B]3) Custom fields: I've successfully created custom fields, but is it possible to delete fields from the standard template? For instance, I would like to remove the date of birth field so it never shows as an option. -[/B] you can use "x" icon to hide default fields. After default fields are hidden & custom fields added, you can save form settings for all users. (right top corner menu of the CRM item form > save preferences for all users)

All - all companies (both with option "available to all" enabled & disabled).
All open - all companies with option "available to all" enabled.
