All Bitrix24 Cloud accounts are backed up daily (both free and paid plans). This means that your Bitrix24 accounts data is protected from any tech issues or any unpredictable circumstances that may happened at our end. Please note that usually these copies are stored for 1 week. If somebody of your employees has deleted data (tasks, CRM records, etc.) and you are Bitrix24 Standard or Professional plan subscriber, you can contact our Helpdesk with data backup restore request.

You can set access for Companies e.g. read = personal & department  -  it means this user will see his own companies & companies of users of same department. If access is allowed user will see companies both in the list & will be able to open each company's details

1) - do you mean Activity Stream messaging or Bitrix24 Network? The last one can be disabled under Settings > All users of my Bitrix24 can communicate in global Network.
2 - clear, thanks for the suggestions. JFYI  - Bitrix24 on premise version is a powerful content management system, which allows to configure access per web page (you can configure access for modules & add conditions for web pages).

How to cancel approved leave, I have requested 1 week leave fr om bitrix24 and approved by my manager and hr but now due to some reason I want to cancel that leave.I cant find a option from wh ere i can request them through bitrix24

The leave approval business process is design for approvals only. The cancellation of the request - after the request is completely approved is not available. You can find your requests in left side menu Workflows > My requests. For requests that haven't been processed yet - e.g. not all included responsible persons haven't approved the process yes - meaning it is still running, For such requests -  Open request - business process  - action-stop business process.

Custom fields for Catalog/Products

In Bitrix24 logic - deals are designed for that. They can be further closed either won or lost. I mentioned quotes & invoices (sorry for the typo). Go to Quotes > create new quote > add contact & products. But I think that deals is more suitable to start with in your case.

Currently you have 3 different Bitrix24 accounts registered at the same email address. Please note that you can't technically separate them. Your options are:

- change email address in your Bitrix24 Network profile - in this case all 3 accounts will be registered at new email address
- register with your work email address at Bitrix24 Network & create new account with a different name

Old versions of Bitrix24 on premise (self-hosted) solution supported RTL, but the interface has been changed a lot since then. Please note that applying RTL to the current version of your self-hosted Bitrix24 may "break" your interface & result in problems. We may add RTL support for the self-hosted version in 2018.
