You can do that by forwarding this email (form your mailbox) to Bitrix24 integrated email address with deal ID (construction like [LID#1]) in the email title/subject. Please read this FAQ article for details. Thank you.
This was mistakenly taken form our Russian localization portals (we've deleted it already) - it is an integration with popular Russian enterprise software called 1C. I don't think you need this particular one.
Unfortunately you won't be able to do it the cloud version. Only in the self-hosted version - but it won't be an easy way to implement it even there (via localization module - edit component templates - but there may occur difficulties when the product update is rolled out).
Not exactly - you can use edit as group action - but you will need to edit each company in the list. Better delete everything, create necessary custom fields - if not added yet, amd import your list again.
Each user has ALL section in Tasks - but the list of tasks here may be different. First, Bitrix24 administrators (users with administrative access to your portal - like shown on your screenshot) have ability to see all company's tasks. Further, each users will see there tasks where he\she is involved as creator or participant, responsible, observer and workgroup tasks related to him\her.
We do plan to update quotes & invoices this year - the goal is to make them more flexible, but it is not likely the total localization to native language will become available with this update. Thanks for the suggestion, we'll consider it for future updates.

Contact or company details templates:
- This area within the settings of the CRM is absolutely confusing to me. Within it I have two "Templates" called Legal Person, and Natural Person, as well as the option to add a new template.
Legal person means a legal entity - like LCC, C corporation, etc. Natural person - refers to a human being, a simple person.
CRM > Settings > Contact or Company details template allows you to edit forms that you will later see on contact or company page. For example, when you add new company - there is company details section where you can add information about legal entity the company represents - e.g. company name, VAT ID, address and banking details.
- Is this option in the CRM settings to set up my own companies details in the CRM?
Yes, if you have several companies, you can add them here.
What is the Difference between setting an activity from the Activities area and setting it up from the CRM Stream?
- Is there a value of doing it one way instead of the other?
No difference for same type of actions - like e.g. meetings, but from CRM record's page > Activity you can also add Events - activities happened in the past or information, or use "Visit" option.
After taking a look at lists within Workgroups, I'd like to ask what exactly lists are meant to be used for?
Andrzej, I see what you mean now. Thanks for reporting. It turned out the product requires additional development to unable this option (the description next to the option is not correct). I'll check with the dev team if we can add this option fast or not.
I think an easy fix from your side would be to enable the TAG field to be selected when you click on "sort by". Now you only use Tag for searching, why not using it for sorting too?

Some suggestions, if you allow us: The Group to be entered manually in each workgroup and then tasks to be dragged under this Group while in custom sorting. You could think of it like the separator you allow in the checklist, with the difference that it also needs a Title to be edited by the user and some kind of visual impact to differ fr om the tasks. Now if you want it to be also a task property of wh ere the task belongs that would be even better, and maybe we never need to use the custom sort again. In the meanwhile I don't know if the Tag field could be of any use towards such functionality, like for example giving the option to view by Groups based on Tags and then leave the sort by exactly as you have it.
Thanks for the detailed suggestion as well. We may plan some general updates for tasks module for 2017 but nothing is scheduled yet.
We don't have plans for Latvian localization, but you can use translation module is the self-hosted (on premise) version to add Latvian localization (please note the process may quite time & effort consuming).
Cloud version custom localization is not technically available.

Yes, mostly. Though you can create @bitrix24.com mail addresses which can be operated in Yandex.Mail interface (you'll click on the Webmail option inside your Bitrix24 portal & a new browser tab with YandexMail interface will be opened for your @bitrix24.com account). BTW you can test this option in free plan account.
Alternatively you can connect any other mail client to Bitrix24.
