Thanks for the suggestion - we will think about the CRM Document Library scenario, where docs will be bound to the CRM items. Answering your question - now the files are stored in the cloud and when you click on them (as on your screenshot) - the files are being downloaded to your local machine (that is why you see the link to responsible user's profile page).

Sharing rules, How the sharing rules are working?
Hi Mihai,

The option of access limitations to specific files via Company Drive - is not available, because Company drive is designed as place to share files for all users (common documents), that is why the files in this section inherit parent folder access permissions.

 You can either create workgroups (for example by departments) - and share files there, or you can upload these files to your drive (My drive) and set access permissions to specific persons there - please note that to view the shared file the other user would need to open your profile page from their account and click Drive - the user will see only the file(s) - you shared with him\her.

How to show group tasks in group calendar?, Groups need to see tasks on the group > Calendar...

Need a fixed calendar with favorite calendars per workgroup, Now you can set only once your favorites for all workgroups and we need a fixed set calendar for each workgroup
Hi Remko,

When you switch to another group and go to the calendar section - by default you see this another group calendar (with it's events) and the list of your personal favorite calendars below (if the calendars un this list are not ticked \activated - you will not see the events from these calendars on the group's calendar screen). Please note that this list is personal - it means it will be different depending on the user.

In case you don't want to see the group calendars in the favorites list - just click a settings icon next to them and choose "remove from favorites" - please note that the calendar will still be available from the Group>Calendar, but will no longer appear in the favorite calendars list from My Workspace>Calendar.

Tasks and subtasks
Hi Denis,

Thanks for reporting, I suppose that can be not a bug, but the logic we set this section to work because this option helps the manger to check again if he hasn't forgot to add any other subtasks and if the parent task itself has really been finished- maybe we can make an option where the user may choose if he wants the parent task to be closed with the last subtask finished - we'll check it out with the dev team. Thanks a lot for brinning up the issue!

Can you please give more details how you want this to work? It would be very kind of you. Do you need it to be bound with the CRM product catalog somehow - if yes how? (if you know any software samples - please share).

What I can propose now - you can create a task (there is the "tasks calendar" in your Calendar section where you can view them after) - set deadline to the task and bind it to the CRM item (deal, contact, company, lead). To do that click new task>full task form> more>CRM item select deal (contact, lead or company).

Hi Bob,

In your case you can edit access permissions rights to the groups calendar the following way:

Open this group>Calendar>setting>edit>access permissions


In the access permissions window please edit the preset access permission settings and for the new ones - please choose "add"


In the User Category please choose departments or users - depending on your scenario. Please note that access permissions will be granted to the user due to this rule:

[COLOR=#0000ff]If a user is assigned various roles (e.g. belongs to both a workgroup and a department which are granted different roles), the user will always be[B] granted the highest level of access allowed by the various roles.[/B][/COLOR]

[COLOR=#000000]If you have difficulties with this way of using calendar - I advise you to try the scenario I proposed you above. [/COLOR]

All of your leads should have been uploaded - the 5K is the amount of leads [U]displayed, [/U] but the system has more than 5K in fact, you can check it using the filters - filter by definite parameter and you will see that all of your leads have been imported in fact. Please note that this display limitation is done in purpose by us due to some technical issues - we apologize that this may have confused you. The amount of imported CRM items is not limited, the 5K is only the amount of items displayed.

New user cannot see group/company event calendar

What I can see from this screenshot - is that Sales Group Calendar is not added to this employee's calendar. (please see the screenshot how the calendars should look like when the Sales group calendar is added to the employee's favorite calendars list):


To add favorite calendar please click Settings icon > Configure favorite calendars (see screenshot):


In the new window you will see the list of available calendars to add to your employee's calendar view - please go to the Group section and choose "sales group". Save.


Don't forget to tick the "sales Group" calendar name in the favorite calendars list - for this calendar to be displayed:



Please note that each of your employees would have to do the same to add the group calendars to their My space>Favorite Calendars section.

BTW all group memebers can see the group calendar from inside the group - they have to go the workgroup and click calendar - please see scrennshot:

Please advise which group role does this employee has - group member\moderator\owner? Then please advise if this user can see the group content - activity stream, etc - if he sees the calendar line when he opens the group (please see screenshot):



If yes - please advise what exactly he cannot see - for example if he wants to see this group calendar from My Space>Calendars - he needs to configure this group calendar to favorite calendars. Please advise if he does?

Where/how to best write minutes of meeting
Hi Jens,

You can create a meeting and if you need later edit it - for example you can use "description field" to add amount of minutes for this meeting. Then add the "description column" to the Activity list.(List settings>List columns>tick description>apply). That is for the web interface.

As for the Mobile app - you can also edit created meeting and set amount of minutes to the description field.

We've already been asked this option once, we'll add your vote to this feature suggestion. Meanwhile you can add a new custom filed and insert a LinkedIn link there, though it will appear as text there, but at least it can be a place to store contact's linkedin's data .

Hi Anthony,

What you can do is create a new custom fields for companies (string type if you want to enter address name \ list type if you want to choose from the given country names - if they are not a big amount as we do not have a drop down list, but all lenth list to choose from). You can add as many fileds as you need, for example 1 for country, 2nd for city, 3rd for street and number, 4th for zip, etc.

To add a custom filed please go to CRm>Settings>Custom fields>add filed. (please note that you can tick "multiple" here if you want to be able to set more than 1 address in this field.

When you do this, please add these new custom fields to the companies preview list CRM>Companies>Edit list (setting icon on the left)>list columns>tick names of new fields>apply. Now you can preview them and filter by them. To add new filter please click Show filter>more filter fields.

Changing the default fields in Leads

What you can do is before importing new leads - create new custom fields in your Bitrix24 account: to do that please go to CRM>Settings>Custom fields>Leads>Add field - here please set filed name (like name of imported new columns) and type number, string, etc.. Save.

Now when you will import leads the program will allow to choose corresponding names of fields.

The default fields names can be edited in the leads form. Click "add lead">form settings (right top setting icon)>tab fields - choose the name of the field you need to edit>edit>save.
