Files with recorded calls are in Company>Company Drive>Recorded calls. Please note that these files are available to those users who have corresponding CRM access permissions for this CRM item (for example the contact with whom you had this call).

Unfortunately, these tasks are automated and cannot be deleted, their function is to motivate new employees to fill their profile pages and give them the sample of how the tasks section works. As I understood this is an inconvenience to you as (by default) the tasks creator - I've passed this observation to the dev team, Thank you!

Help Needed. Cannot Import Companies at all

Unfortunately cannot advise why the import with comments column hasn't succeed (we do not observe on our PCs, please note that the string type should be chosen for the custom field "comments"). Good to know the problem was resolved with a small exception of comments field.

Unfortunately I cannot propose you a solution that will completely answer your task. Here are some way-round scenarios that may help:

The "event" action cannot be applied to the group of contacts or leads.
Here is what you can do:
1. First scenario for leads:
- change the status of the group of leads for "letter sent" (or whatever name you need)

- add new status in CRM>Settings>Selection lists>Statuses
- in Leads section - add filter field "address" or "industry type", filter you leads with the needed condition
- change the status to the filtered group of leads
Please note that you can always see the date the letter has been sent in the lead's history.


2. Here is another solution suitable for leads:
- create a new custom field - string or date type (multiple)
-  edit this field for the group of filtered leads with the dates (date type) or date and name (string type) letter's info.

Unfortunately both solutions are not available in contacts section now.

3. For contacts:
I can only propose to set a new task to the group of selected contacts and add a special tag to this task (letter for example) - so that you can easily access the tasks. In fact this task will function as a list of contacts to whom you've sent these letters. Again you will be able to access this information in contact's history.

Managing email notifications

Please find notifications settings at your profile's drop down menu (see screenshot)


In the notifications configuration window please choose advanced mode, in email column please find Social Network>Workgroups update.



Please note that email notification is sent by the messenger when an employee is away from the portal. If you're not authorized on your Bitrix24 portal and get a task or a message, notification will come to your email in 10 minutes.

Actually you can upd ate the values for the group of leads - to do that please choose (tick) the leads on one page you need to update and click edit (pencil icon). Se t the values and save. Please note the values will not be saved for the converted leads. Also note that this action can be performed only for those leads displayed on the current page, which means the "for all" option is not available for this scenario.

Unfortunately the leads custom field cannot be edited in bulk so that the group of leads will be given same custom field value in one action. I've passed the suggestion to the dev team.

New Leads, What does this mean exactly
Dear Richard,

I do apologize for the mistake in my previous post (I've edited it already) - I was talking exactly about the New Leads tab - by default this filter is set as "unassigned" status - so that when you use this filter - you will see all leads with unassigned status in the list. Of course you can filter by status from the main "Filter" tab, but using pre-maid "New leads" tab can be more comfortable for tracking all new leads and forgotten ones.
As for imported leads - they would appear with unassigned status - so you will access them with this filter (exception is if your import sheet has status column).

Filter section in Bitrix24 allows you to create various filters with different fields and search by them. The "New Leads" filter is a pre-maid filter showing all leads with unassigned status (until you haven't changed the settings).

Emails relating to deals contacts or companies, Sending emails to other persons from with Bitrix24

To solve your task I can only advise you to have your negotiations with third-party sales agents via your usual email and send copies of these emails to your CRM address  and put in the title of the message (or in the first line of the body of the message)  - the involved CRM item (deal\lead\contact) email address   or an expression that corresponds to the “Resolve Entity Using the Expression” listings in the Send&Save settings  (such as LID#48, DID#88, etcID code in the title of the message).

As for negotiations on particular CRM item inside your company - you can use the CRM Activity Stream, which allows to exchange messages within this particular CRM item.

In the Deals section, when creating a new deal - there is a posibility to choose the deal currency - so that one deal can be in euros and another in dollars. The deals list will show the amounts and currencies you've put. If you want the deal that is in dollars to be shown in euros, edit this deal  - just change the type of the currency - the amount will be recalculated automatically (depending on the exchange rate that is set in the settings ( CRM>Setting>Currencies Settings).

To change the date format please go to Settings> Intranet Settings>Date Format - choose format and save.

The logiс is if you create an email template for the whole team - you specify one email adress like sales@mycompany.com. If your employee needs a personilised email template with his\her own unique email address - he\she makes it himself\herself.

The presence of the “name” type of field in the List is demanded. You cannot delete it or change the type (while changing Name field type, created by default – a new Name type field is being created). The field of this type can only be renamed.

1. First, if you need, make sure your contacts are dispatched between all responsibles the way you need. If not - choose a group of contacts (tick the contacts) and assign them to the right user .

2. Create a role in Access Permissions with "Personal and department" setting enabled as you need. (for example role "Department access" )

3.  Give department A & B "department access" role

Now users of department A and B will not see each other department contacts but only personal and their department.
