CRM: Associating Leads with Companies, Functionality questiom

[/QUOTE] There is no 2-way association of Leads and Companies in Bitrix24 without converting Leads to Contacts, because the "convert" is the scenario & logic the product works. But your task can be solved this way: you can add custom field to your Leads Form where you will be able to choose from the existing Companies and the chosen Company will appear in the Leads form after and you will be able to add it to the Leads preview (List) and Filter too. Please note that it will be a one way association: the Lead will not appear in the Company's details.

Here is how to add this custom field:

1) CRM>Settings>Custom fields>Leads>Add field
2) Give name, choose type "Bind To CRM Elements". In the field  "Available entity" choose "Company".
3) Save.

The above-mentioned solution should work if you enter the right format expression to the email theme.

Creating invoice on the fly

Taxing customers

[COLOR=#555555]You should not calculate the tax amount yourself, the service does it automatically. You need to enable "include tax in price" option. To do that please choose which type of tax is applied in your Bitrix24 (you can look for it here CRM>Settings>Taxes>Settings) and perform following steps:[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#555555]Go to CRM>Settings>Taxes>Edit tax>Tax rates>Edit tax rate> enable "Include tax in price". Now all the products from your catalog will have same price in the catalog and in the total amount in invoice, while tax will be calculated automatically. It means you would have to put in the catalog the final price - 45$[/COLOR]

Actually not. Users can add all the contacts to their devices and find data about any colleague at any time. This is one-way integration, that is, contacts are loaded to the device from Bitrix24, but cannot be loaded to it from the device.

View all tasks across all workgroups, Having difficulty getting a view of everything going on

Yes, it is possible to view all tasks across all workgroups. To do that you need to add new filter:

1) open Tasks>All click on the Filter tab



2) In the Filters window please click "add"



3) In the Filter Creation form please click "Add condition", choose "Group (project). Save. When applying this filter you will see all tasks in all projects of all colleagues (due to access permissions - please read below), both completed and not.



4) If you need to see all group tasks of all colleagues except for the completed ones - you can do that with the following conditions applied:
" add condition group">
1 line: choose Group (projects)
2 line: choose "status">"not equal">completed
Save.


Plese note that the tasks list\chart will be displayed according to the access permissions of the user. The user will see:

1) his tasks (set by him, tasks which he assists, supervises or follows)
2) tasks of subordinates
3) those groups tasks where in the group settings it is marked "available to all group memebers" (if he is a member) or "available to all users".

Calendar Sharing, How to write a meeting schedule on others Calendar

This is the scenario our product works now, to solve your task the secretary (user 2) should:

1) [U] open the profile page of the manager[/U] (user1) (profile page can be found through search or employees section)

2) open the manager's (user 1) calendar

3) add and\or edit events to the calendar

As for the option to add events fr om the user 2 (the secretary's) own favorite calendar's section - I've put the proposition to our Dev team.

The conditions are not set in the action itself, they should be set in the  'Complex Condition Branch' blocks. With the help of  '+' sign, that is in the 'Condition' block, you may add the necessary quantity of conditions.

Actually not yet. Now you can only configure your favorite calendars to the group calendar  (for example your google calendar) - but it will be seen only to you. When you're attaching files to the messages in CRM there is an option to choose the folder where you want this file to be saved - it is  set to save the file to the message by default, but you can change it and save to a special folder. (see screenshot)

delete an invitation? delete users?

The way I've described above is about Invited users - those whom you've sent invitations but they haven't confirmed the invitations yet (to do that you need to go to "Invited" not to "Inactive").

As for "inactive" - these are your employees who haven't opened the portal for some time. It means that if you need to delete the users who are among your employees already - here is what you have to do: open "all" employees sections> click settings drop-down menu>click "dismiss" .

As far as export to Excel goes - if you decide to use the self-hosted version of Bitrix24, our partners can create a component for you that exports data to Excel - thats fairly easy. As far as your other questions go, the answer is mostly 'No'. If a person did not start a work day, the only way to add data manually would be by going directly into a database, which requires knowledge of Bitrix24 API and admin access. Customizing the self-hosted version of B24 so that you have an option to set maximum worktime (right now you can only enter minimum work day required) would be fairly easy for our partners, but what's not clear what happens when the time is exceeded? What should be don? Warning screen to appear? Notice sent? It's not a feature that's frequently requested, in fact you are the only one who asked for it, so it's not something that we ever thought of.

Unfortunately, there is no option to mark all the contacts export-ready in "one click", but please notice that when you add a new contact the field "use in contacts export" is enabled automatically - so that you will not have to face these difficulties after. The logic is that export will not work for those contacts which you manually exclude from export-ready list (but always can include back).
