If you want to set "cash" as a payment method please go to CRM>Settings>Payment options> click "Add" - here you can set the name of the payment method. As for paypal - we have plans to add this feature.

These cycle icons in Selection Lists allows you to come back to the field's original names. For example if the field's name was "Closed won" and you have changed it for "ABS" - you can click this cycle icon and the name will return to "Closed won" name.

Please advise if you have shifted the "closing deal lines with "cycle" icons due to the consequence of stages you need? (please see screenshot) You can shift lines with the help of up\down icons on the left.

Tax not being applied to invoices

1 apple cost 25$ (without tax)
10 apples - 250$ (without tax)

Thanks to your report we've also found the line "Amount before taxes" in the "Include tax in price" option  was displayed incorrectly - it does not influence any calculations, and was not shown in the final invoice sample for the client, though may be confusing to you. It will be changed soon. As for now please do not pay attention to this line.

Import contact data into multiple choice custom field

To import multiple choice custom field contacts we advise you first to export the sample of the future contact type and then to import it back in the same format.

Please follow these steps to import contact data into multiple choice custom field:

1) Add new multiple custom field in CRM Contacts section. (the field from where you will be able to choose from :
[LIST][*]Event1[*]Event2[*]Event3[*]Event4
[/LIST]To do that please go to CRM>Settings>Custom Fields>Contacts>Add Field. In "Settings" window please choose type "List", check "multiple", please do not chek "required" as if choosen you will not be able to select none. Design "Check box". Open "Lists" page and add fields (event 1, event 2..etc). Save.

2) Create new contact and choose at least 2 of the possible options (for example event 1, event3). Save,

[COLOR=#333333]3) Before exporting CRM contacts please add this new custom field to the Contacts preview form - click "Edit List">"List columns">check your new custom field > click Apply. Now you can see this new contacts custom field among the contacts preview lists.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#333333]4) Choose "Export to CSV" in the right settings menu.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#333333]5) Open the exported CSV file and find that new contact you have just created (with fields event1, event 3). This is the sample how you need to put data in CSV file for import to Bitrix24. [B]Please do not import same file back before deleting your existing contacts - they will be dublicated. [/B]You can either delete existing ones and insert new "to be imported" contacts in this file sample, or you can copy the line with this exported contact and header line and insert it in your own "prepared to be imported" CSV file - don't forget to modify it after. Now you can see how the data should look like to be imported correctly (for example event 1, event 3 ) [B]Please delete the sample contact line [/B](the one you've exported and copied) [B]after you've done with CSV file import preps[/B]. (do not delete the header). Save this file in CSV format.[/COLOR]

Please [U]check if [/U]the field [U]"Include tax in price" is not selected[/U] - to do this please go to CRM>Settings>Taxes>Edit tax>Tax rates>Edit Tax rate. If yes, please uncheck it and save. After that go to the invoice and edit it (save again). The Total amount should be recalculated now.

Here is what you can do:

1. When creating a new location (or editing the existing one) [U][B]please set the city[/B]. [/U] You can create several locations for 1 country with different cities and different tax rates. If you do not need several you can call the city with the name of the country (for example: country - Canada, city - Canada). Please note that this is a technical issue that the city name should be set in the location form. Unfortunately "no city name" option is not currently working, We apologize for the inconvinience.

2. Second, by also quite important detail is that you should[U][B] use a search field "other: Manual Entry"[/B] [/U]when setting a location in the Invoice form. (see screenshot) These Location "buttons to choose from" option is temporary - we will take them off and leave only search "Type city or country" field asap.



After performing these 2 steps the invoicing will work correctly. Again thank you for reporting, we will take all these inconviniencies into account.

There are several options where from did this folder appear in your files:
1. Group files. When in the "Files" section inside of your Group you click "Make group files available for sync" - the group files folders appear in your "My Files" main section. And if you will connect Bitrix24 Drive - it will also sync with your Bitrix24 Drive. This folder should have the name of the group it comes from (please note that the name your folder has was a temporary name solution we implemented and you've picked up, that is why you can be a bit confused about it)
The icon will look like the one on your screenshot.
2. If you or some of your colleague shared a folder from your\his "My Files" section - they sync with your and his Drive also (if Drive is connected) and appear in yours and his "My Files" main sections.
The icon for shared with a collegue(s) personal files will look like your plus a Hand icon below.

In case if you want to share a file with a group & save this file directly in this group's "files" section, you need to change "save as" direction before sending your message to this group (see screenshot)

Can I hide the list of employees?, I would like to hide the contact details of the employees

Unfortunately, the option of limited access to employees contacts is not available in Bitrix24. I've put this feature suggestion to the development department.

But if you need to limit access to contact info for your freelancers, here is what you can do: you can invite your freelancers to the Extranet group\groups (as extranet users). Please not that the members of one group will see each other's  contacts (no matter if this is an employee or an extranet user). It means you should group your extranet users regarding these access permission rules.

Please check if the contacts which you cannot export have an "Use in contacts export" option enabled. If not - enable it for each contact you need to export.

To create a new document you need to click on "File" icon in the Activity Stream new message field - and click "Create using Google Docs" (see screenshot)




To enable Business Processes in Document Libraries - please open Common Documents>Settings - click enable "Used in Business Process". You will see a "Business Process" field appear in the Settings after.

If a file is added to a message (or to comment to a message) -  this file is stored in "My files">"Downloads" folder. It means you do not need to search for the message itselve, but you can open the file from "My files" section. Please note that if you remember the file name (or at least a part of it) - you can also use a Smart Search to find any files (tasks, messages, etc) you need fast & easy.

Calendar has disappeared and other faults..., Problems today and yesterday.
You shouldn't worry - both WiKi and a number of new features and capabilities will appear in your Bitrix24 soon. We do have Updates regularly - as we are working hard to improve our product for our clients. We apologize for the inconvenience, but such technical problems happens rarely and not all of our users really face them.

You may have noticed that there are several types of calendars in your BITRIX24 CALENDAR SECTION (they are listed on the right), you also have your Google calendar name there. The reason you don't see a new Bitrix24 event in your Google Calendar - is because you add it to the wrong calendar type (by default).
Here is what you need to do: when you add a new event\meeting to your Bitrix24 Calendar - please choose your Google Calendar in the Event creation form. In this case the event will appear in your Google Calendar.

As for accepting the invite to the Work Group  from Mobile App - this option is not yet available, now you only receive a notification of the invitation on your tablet or smartphone, you should confirm it in the Web.

You can set a Reminder for your meeting in the Calendar section (for existing meetings: open your meeting in the Calendar -& click "Edit"; for new meetings set the reminder in Creation form - please see the sceenshot)



You can also set a Reminder in CRM section - if your question was about meetings in CRM :
for a new meeting - go to CRM>My activities -  Add new meeting (+Meeting) and set a Reminder in the creation form. (please see the screenshot below)
To edit an existing CRM meeting please go to Calendar section - open the meeting and click "Edit", set the Reminder.

Invite Group member, Inviting members to specific workgroup

Please not that you[B][I] cannot invite the employees (whom you have sent the invitation &\or who have already accepted the invitation)[/I][/B] to this particular group again - the system will not allow you to do that. You can send the invitation again only in case if you've cancelled it or your employee has rejected it.

If you want to give a specific access to all or particular employees not to the whole group, but to this specific document only - you can do that the following way:

In the same "Actions" Menu (next to the file name) choose "Access Permissions". In the Access Permissions Management Window click "Add" - choose users, departments, or social network groups ([U]not User groups[/U]) and specify the level of access.

Now the employees you gave access to can go to this Group  and see this particular file, edit and comment (depends on the level of access you gave).
