Synchronization problem on self-hosted Bitrix, Local folder Bitrix24 and My Drive not sync

Regarding sync - when you deal with files stored under My Drive - it will be deleted both ways (computer local folder & Bitrix24 My Drive), but in case with connected folders - e.g. when you connect a folder from Company Drive to My Drive - if you delete file at local folder on your computer, it won't delete in the web version of Bitrix24. This is done in purpose since Company Drive has been initially designed as shared folder - so this is a protection.

Each user has own Drive (My Drive) that is by default hidden from others users (exception  - Bitrix24 users with administrative access). That means besides configuring access to own Drive you need to make sure you've checked the list of active administrators.

Company Drive section is designed as shared document library for all users - so we do not recommend to use in in this regard.

Create Company out of Deal, Automatically create Company from new Deal
If you plan to catch these clients via webform, in the web form setting you need to add to the form fields both from Company (name) & Deal (Name) - you can actually rename these fields for clients. In this case under "More" in the web form page - create documents - choose "deal" - you'll see the system notification that both company & deal will be created for this client.
