create email accounts before updating mx records, Would help a lot if there were a way to create email accounts before switching MX records

After the domain is connected, all new emails will be received by Yandex server, when all old messages to be left at your old server. Old mailbox folders won't be available, you will need to create new ones in your Bitrix24 Account Settings > Manage Email accounts. You will be able to manage mailboxes only from your Bitrix24 account.

Hi Russ, sorry for the misinformation - business processes cannot be configured for Tasks section standalone. You can configure workflows for CRM/Lists/Drive section that will add tasks or task reminders when actions are performed for Lists, CRM records or files.

BTW have you tried to use task templates for that?

Thanks for your question. The call report\details form does not allow to add more than one contact since the call is performed with one party only, not with several. I see what you mean - that you may need to add other CRM records that may be connected to the call, we'll consider your suggestion for the future updates. Currently the system logic does not support that.

Events is an old type of activity for the CRM records  - used to add past activities. We plan to reconsider events notion for the CRM in future. Meanwhile, please use meeting instead.

You need to create 4 separate independent products for that either in the catalog or add them directly inside the quote, otherwise the system will consider these products as same - since in fact that is the same ID product with your custom names.

How to mark notifications as read?
Notifications should disappear after you either see them in your messenger > notifications, or, in case with notifications that require actions (e.g. confirm event attendance, connect folder, etc.) - after you select one of the suggested actions - confirm\decline.

The tags scenario is not available for AS posts, but Favorites & filter+search are here to help. You can add any keywords to the post & search them with the help of AS filter + search later.

Cannot exprort all contacts, I cannot export all contact records - are there any limitations for export

We don't provide a "copy or transfer account content" service at the moment (exception cloud to self-hosted version migration). Export & import allows to move to another account with custom fields data, but without CRM activities & conversations. The duplicate control option is available for Advanced CRM users (starting form Bitrix24.Plus plan).

Email notifcations in chats

The reason for that is simple - the number of notifications for group chats can be hilarious. The person-to-person chat is a chat for two - here we can allow email notifications. But in case with group chats - imagine team of 10+ users (50, 100, 200, etc.) who send messages to the group chat & each message ends up as new notification in each user's mailbox. Since we do have a huge number of clients this option is disabled in purpose. We can consider your post as a suggestion to make a special settings option for commercial accounts, who want to have advanced possibilities for chat notifications configuration.
