Drag ability on Lists and Tasks, Return the ability reorder items by drag and dropping
Well that stinks.  I just heard from Tech support the drag and drop feature on the list no longer exists.  Does everyone else have to use the up and down arrows to sort their custom field lists?  I am using the cloud version.  
Emailing tasks to external users - Not Encrypted, Emails tasks that are sent to external users are coming up as not being encrypted.
I was running a test on the new option to email users outside of the network and really like the setup.  However, I noticed the emails are not encrypted (TLS).  Below is a picture of what I'm referring to. Shouldn't these be encrypted for external users?

I Agree with Lucio Groch on his explanation.  I believe these event types should appear under the activities tab.

We are using the cloud version.  It just happened overnight, one day it was the drag option and the next day it was the arrows.

Currently I'm facing the problem in the Contact Fields.  We had made a new field called Work Group and is a list type.  Initially, the list would allow us to add new items and then we could drag the order.  Now we just have up and down arrows to move the order.

Could you return the ability to reorder lists by drag and dropping the row.  Similar to the image you have here.



Having to hit the up and down arrows is starting to drive me nuts.  The option used to be available on tasks and it appears to be gone as well.  Trying to organize a list is a nightmare when adding multiple items to a list and trying to sort them in a particular way.

Custom reports not "seen" by other users

CRM Message Stream and Activity Events
I am fairly new to bitrix24 and had a couple of general questions regarding the message stream under Contacts and Activity Tab.

[*]Under "[B]Stream[/B]" tab, we can click on message and type any note. Does this send a message to the individual or only put the message in my activity stream? I was thinking about adding notes here on individuals but I do not want people to actually receive this message. For example, say I added a contact with an email [URL=mailto:sam@test.com]sam@test.com[/URL]. If I add a message in the stream, do they get the message? Do only Bitrix users get the message?
[*]Under the "[B]Activity[/B]" tab Do event items not show up? If I add an email or meeting, these appear. However, if I add a event with the Event Type "Information", nothing appears and I'm taken to the History Tab. Is this only available on the Plus Program?

I am currently on the Free Platform, testing if this could work for us in the long term.
