What is the point in voting for something so important if 2 years on from the original request NOTHING has been done and all we get is "Thank you for the Vote"???

Hi Yana,
I think we all understand your compassion but it is almost 1 year we keep saying the same thing over and over and over and over again, sending logs and proactively mentioning what should be done considering what doesn't work.

We have been told several times it was our problem with our server, firewall, internet connection, etc. while IT IS NOT and we engaged with other IT service provider company to look into it and they denied there was an internal issue ... the time out and other syncs problems are within Bitrix24 as for not having a very user friendly tool to report on the sync, manually skip files/folders/workgroups, give sync priority, etc.

On this forum and chatting with other organizations/companies, I can see that WE ARE NOT the only one.

We can't even talk to anyone at Bitrix24 despite we are not on a free plan and this is really unacceptable as also mentioned by Peter.

On the top of that, we also mentioned the problem with Bitrix24 cloud search tool that is not helping our colleagues to check properly the locations of their files in one go. This is a big step backward compared to the old fashion search on our shared drive and sort by details or the other 7 ways (tiles, content, list, etc.)

We are till here waiting for an answer.

I VOTE YES for this - This really is a hugely important feature and I am struggling to understand why, after getting on for 2yrs since this was brought up, it is still not being dealt with??

Could you explain how many votes are actually required for a feature to be given a timeline to development and even priority??

Agree that this is a huge limitation and omission on Britrix's part!!  :o

It is simply impossible to run an Project with Extranet/External Clients that does not facilitate a true group calendar.  :o

Looking at the thread, we are now close to 2yrs since this was identified and there still is nothing done about it!!  :o

WHEN will this feature be added?  
Help Desk & Inventory Management
Hi,

We are a Wireless ISP and have a wide range of WiFi Equipment (i.e. Inventory) installed at various Locations around the UK (We call them "Net Locations").

In Sugar CRM we have been able to create a "Module" (i.e. Table) to store details of all of our "Inventory" and link that to the relevant record in the "Net Locations" Module (or Table).

We are then able to connect the relevant Inventory Item and "Net Location" to a Helpdesk Case/Ticket.

Would we be able to duplicate this set up with Bitrix24 and the Help Desk Module?

Hi,

We are taking a good look at Bitrix as a potential system for our business.

We need something that will not just give us Collaboration, Project Management etc. but that will also give us HR Management, Resources Management, CRM, Helpdesk and the ability to allow External Customers to connect and collaborate on specific "Projects" in a secure and controlled manner.

We are currently looking at the free addition but, because of its limitations, we cannot properly assess a range of critical aspects such as Help Desk, External Users, TIme Management etc. etc.

Our Intention would be to purchase the Self Hosted Version but at this point we do not want to go through the process of setting up a server and downloading,  installing, configuring etc. a free demo version.

Are there any other options or is this the only way to go to properly test?
