Emails sent by Bitrix are not fully authenticated – causing an unnecessarily low spam rating triggering some spam filters., How do I add a SPF record to my Bitrix24 domain?
Yana Hi,

I have done an SPF test as you said – I am now authorized. Yippee!
Consequently my spam rating has risen!
Thank you very much!

My emails are still being marked down by the email tester at www.mail-tester.com for two remaining reasons:

1)  MIME_HTML_ONLY
2) HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG

Can the person who fixed the SPF authentication issue also fix these issues?

Can you ask?

Regards,  Chris

Hi,

My emails leaving Bitrix are not fully authenticated, causing an unnecessarily low spam rating that triggers some spam filters.

They are missing the SPF record in the email header.

When I tested my spam rating here: https://www.mail-tester.com/ the resulting spam assessment report says:

"You do not have a SPF record, please add the following to your domain:   my.bitrix24.com:v=spf1 a mx ip4:my.ip.ad.res ~all

How do I add an SPF record to my Bitrix24 domain to improve the spam rating?

Thanks, Chris

How to manually assign an email to a lead or contact, An email is sitting in my Yandex inbox, because it has not been automatically assigned to a lead. How do I assign it manually?
Hello Yana,
I am sorry, but I do not understand!

An established contact sends us an email, but sends it from a different email address, that Bitrix does not recognise.
Understandably, Bitrix then creates a new lead for that email.

What do I have to do to move this email to the established contact?

I tried removing the email address for the newly generated lead. Then adding the email address to the established contact. Then as you suggested, forward the email in Yandex to myself. That did not seem to append the email to the established contact.

What am I doing wrong?

Regards,  Chris

Yana Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I see now what has happened.  A person has replied using an different email address to the one we have for the lead.  So Bitrix has created a seperate, new lead for this enquiry.

Is there a way to add/integrate this new email into the stream of existing emails from this lead/contact.  And not have the email sitting out on its own, in a seperate lead?

Thanks, Chris

Bitrix in French Language ?, When it will be available ?
You have German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, even Ukranian.  It seems ridiculous I cannot add a French speaking cloud user. You said French would be added in early 2015.  Soon it will be early 2016.

What is the problem?
