Trying to purchase Bitrix24 selfhosted version - I do not get any reply from your sales, I want to buy, I send you an email but get no reply - What do I do wrong?

Please replay now, it goes sooooo slow when we ask you anything...you have a wonderful system but your support is too slow, and that is a prolem when you have a company using the software.

2 days ago I wrote to you that we wish to purchase Bitrix 24, specifically we want to purchase the BizPace with an additional 25 users.

We have already set up the demo version we downloaded a few days ago.

We will need access to the database. How do we proceed?

Also, when the app continue to work using the self hosted version+ In other words can be point the app to the self hosted version.

I know it is a technical question, but please if you don’t know the answer then ask around so that we do not delay again a few days.

Again, I hope to get an answer today so that we can proceed we need access to the full-fledged version so that we can customize it to our needs.

Question, are we allowed to customize Bitrix as we please in relation to the license agreement? I know that if we customize it there may be problems updating in the future but we are an IT company.

Please answer the 4 questions>

1.       How to purchase
2.        How do we get the current database and files
3.       Will the downloadable app continue to work if we use the self hosted version, can we point it to the self hosted version?
4.       Be allowed to customize the self hosted version to our needs (we fully understand that there may be problems upgrading in the future)

Using Skype for phone calles

Where do we find the 'common' library referred to in your help files?

And, what is it?
Messaging on the lead page...what is the idea?
If we send a message on a lead page - at the bottom of the page – then nothing happens unless the lead is added to our system as a user.

What is the logic here? How come you can send a message to a lead that is not send to the lead itself, i.e. as an e-mail? What am I missing here?
How can we "easy" create a task from an email
When you use with leads it is common to create tasks i.e. remember to follow up with a client, write mail, check on offer or what have we.

Is it possible to create a task from a send (or received) email using a few mouse clicks but without having to copy and paste?
Using Skype for phone calles
How do we disable telephone for everybody as we are using Skype? We basically do not want it to show up in our menus. We use Skype for all our phone calls. We tried to configure Bitrix24 so that when you click a phone number it will automatically call through Skype, we used the following prefix:  callto://+[phone]

It did not work, does anyone know how to fix that?

It makes no sense, there is no switch for worktime, work reports or meeting & briefings under Intranet Settings.

Question:

1. We are using the free month version. Is that the reason? i.e. its disabled in this version?
2. If not, can you guide us. We are very close to buy the system but we really need these things answerd.

Also, yesterday i mailed your sales team with 5 questions, I have not received any answer yet which I find strange as we are ready to spend more then USD 4000,-

How do we remove the following from an account
We want to remove the follloiwng from an account, by remove we mean the menus but also access (i.e. should not be able to just enter the URL string to open a page...)

Under Company:

Company Drive
Absence Chart
Worktime
Work Report
Meetings and Briefings

How do we do that?

We have studied Bitrix24 For some time and would like what we see.

We see one limitation – or maybe we do not understand how the software work for the – which is the ability to share one or more workgroups with other companies using Bitrix24.

Imagine you are working with a customer or supplier, both of whom are using Bitrix24, the 2 companies could share one workgroup so that company A See all their stuff including one working for company B while they see all their other data for theire respective companies.

This will open up for collaboration between the 2 companies and people will not have to log in and out of different systems.

I would see this as a huge advantage, and a very good selling point for Bitrix24. Everythingis about collaboration and sharing, not only in a company but also between companies. Is this possible to do?

3. Time tracking. We would like to approve time spend by resources on a daily basis. That way, we can segregate billable from non-billable hours, is that possible?
4. Is it possible for resources to write a short report when they time track on something so that the customer can see what was done?

Hello All,

We have just discovered Bitrix14 and are currently evaluating it. It's a big system and we are doing things differently in our company. We will be happy to change though but do have a few questions, If anyone can point us to an answer I will be great full...

1. Is there a way to link projects (Word groups) with companies (clients)? We cannot find out how to link the two together? Is it possible? If not, why is that?
2. Is it possible to have different price-lists for different customers?
