Hi Yana

I was looking to this option in group but I am not sure how to use it

What i want to achieve is executive management want to put task and notes on company/contact that only executive management can read
Manager can ream Manager and accountant (sub level)

modifiying task and conversation parameteres

if yes

can you let me know what we need to choose :

Executive management : can see all the task
Manager can see Office Management and Accountant
Accountant : only accountant

Also if Executive management want to show a task or a memo to everybody how to do it

Can we achieve it with that?

Maybe each user should have a way to choose private or not when they publish something
I am sure your team will find a way to do it smartly this is a fantastic crm so far and we miss small stuff...

i would like to know if i can add in Bitrix some meeting event phone call but keep them private to me even if the contact is accesible from my co worker.
Sometime i want to write some personal note?

maybe in the future you should give the option to add field by privileges like admin can add a field revenu only for admin

I am trying to work around security options :
1) In contact when I select Personal and Department : I do not know how to affect a contact to a departement so it appear for them
2) Field : i would like to keep some custome field private in contact and Companies : is it possible

i assume that if the idea was to create customization then let us do it in a way that we can use it for our team
i believe that saving with a name is the best way

thanks for your precious response as usual but being able to save the custome view with a name and being used by other employee is really important i can not customize 10 pc one by one

we need to be able to save the custome view under a name like custom 1 custome 2 and then as the employee to call it in a list

this is a very easy development as I am sure when you save the custome view for one person they creae a file to do so this file needs to be usable with a name to other only

please ask them to do it URGENTLY
it is difficult to run it if everybody has different views

we now manage the use of custome fields in tab and Tab Field
but it seems that it does not apply to everybody once done
is there a way to save this custome view and custome form for the tab so we could use if for all the employee
otherwise with 12 people it is a very very tough job to customize everybody

devider appear and can be organized as you said so this is very useful but once i exit edit mode to view mode all dessapear so we can not keep the set template form

i must be doing something wrong

the best solution is once you have created the tabs and put the field in it on the view of the contact to create like Stram Activity Deals ( screen shot  the personalise tab with the field in it

that would be absolutly perfect

because now to see my organise field in each contact i need to go to edit mode that is weird?

if not possible at least keepinp the tab like in edit mode screenshot

After searching I have found form setting but i do not manage to get the ab to appear anywhere
can you give explanantion on how to use form setting

i thing that should let me organize custom fild in different tab? so this is clear and easy use

We are using the custome field to manage our client the only pb is that we have 100 of custome field by category so with Bitrix it is not really practical right now

let me show you a screen shot so you can understand

what your dev needs to do it to be able to create category in custom field and to put the custom field in each category and beig able to sort them so it looks much better and useful


I am trying to import data from vtiger and on most of the field i have a choice (menue)
I can not import a list nor import in a string then change to drop down box

to be clear let us say i have a field called city with Miami / Moscow / Paris

i can export in csv and import in bitrix but if I need to change the city of for the next cleint I can not use this field

once again I believe this is useful as everybody needs to see the contact details but you do not want an employee to se a financial proposal send by email or a private conversation about a specific issue

I have been trying to put one of my employee as head of dept with contact read personal but then he can not see any contact

what i simply want is within contact he can see the contact details but not the communication
maybe i am using it in a wrong way but ideally it would be great if you dev add under contact leads or company the same option but with Message Task Meeting Call E-mail with same idea as you are doing it now

Dear All

First I really want to congratulate you for the overall dev that we can use free of charge or at a very small cost

I am a new user and have spend numerous hours testing most of the crm/intranet on the market and now many on bitrix24 and I must say that without bitrix24 i would not have used any of them so well done

we are a CPA firm based in the USA with 2 offices
we have lots of different client and within the firm
Different Department:
Management , Accountant , Admin and marketing

questions and ideas

1) Import contact and organization fr om 'vtiger' : is the re a tool to do it quickly with all the personalize field that we have imputed or the best is to create the new field on bitrix24 then do a cvs export fr om vtiger then import in b24
we have a lot of field related to tax type of company type of client ...
2) Privacy : the management is sending email or meetings or task to client (contact) : we need to make sure that only the management can see those emails and we would like ideally to sel ect what can be views by others or not
there might be a way to do it in contact or on the feed
3) Quickbooks : do you think there would be a way to import invoice fr om quickbooks in the software with status in the future or to link it to quickbooks directly
4) Task Management : we have tried lately a software called ASANA (worth trying it) and i must say for task management i have never seen anything better and easier : what is great in it is that you can create a task scenarios with subtask and duplicate it for all your clitn with same scenario then you can affect with reminder to your staff each individual subtask with email reminder and information once complete
I di not find a way to duplicate complete task and subtask
5) Type of field : where can i find explanation on type of field what they do
6) Client portal : are you planning to dev or maybe it is done somewh ere like : vault wh ere we could exchange data with cleint securely : tax returns... that would be great for a CPA firm and other : we could load document and share them with an external user
I have done on in php but again that makes 2 different software to use rather than one
7) Gmail apps / Email integration : what is the best way in your view to use the email system : in our company most use outlook 2010/2013 some only gmail pro so we could keep track of all email that we want to share professionally
8) let say we have an email a client with email in our database send an email to john ho do track it in the cleint history how do we attache this email what is the procedure to keep track of history
once again we want to select who view what
9) is there a way to keep track of feature under dev coming soon?

I would be glad to see your comment on how you would see an accounting firm operated with bitrix as I believe that should become a must use
