Mobile application does not clock in properly.
Mobile application does not clock in properly. I clock in in the morning, double check that I'm clocked in, refresh to double check. It shows time running. In the afternoon I try to clock out. It notifies me that I'm not logged in at all. It happened last tuesday and today again.
any max on number of participants in an audio chat?, currently there is a max of 4 participants in a video chat. is there a limit to audio chat?

screen sharing configuration, how do i configure what gets shared?
i have a dual screen system. i also have the bitrix win 10 desktop app. when i enable screen sharing, both screens are shared. there are various reasons why i do not want to share both screen; e.g. too small for the other user to see, private notes on the side, etc.

are there any settings that allow me to control what gets shared? e.g. screen 1, screen 2, dual screen, specific window
Automatic workgroup membership for all new users
I want all new users to be members of certain workgroups automatically. (e.g. "Helpdesk"). Is there a way to do this with the cloud version?

I would like to modify the default user notification settings for new users. Many of our new users are complaining about getting too much email. We would prefer an opt-in approach rather than the current opt-out defaults.

how do i do this?
