Worktime - Needs some development, Worktime feature is awsome but some urgent development work needed
I also wanted to add my vote to the following points:
[LIST]
[*]Allow editing of blank days (previous non recorded workdays) for the clock-in/clock-out mechanism
[*]Create report for the Time tracking (similar to the task reporting) with option to export to excel
[*]Show count of underworked/overworked hours (as it is possible to define minimum work hours per day it should be visible in the statistics to get an overview)
[*]Allow selection of time periods (currently only Monthly) for Timetracking (similar to the reporting on tasks)
[/LIST]Nice to have but probably more complicated:
[LIST]
[*]Show difference between clocked-in/out time recorded and time recorded on Tasks for employees (to get a sense how much time an employee hasn't recorded in a task)
[/LIST]
Group tasks for report
When creating a report the tasks aren't grouped.

Is there a way to create a report for tasks which will look similar to the taks list when the 'Group subtasks' option is selected?
Subtask time spent not added to parent task
Bitrix allows to estimate the time a cetain task will take.

It is also possible to add subtasks to better organize these tasks.

Currently it seems that when estimating a time for the parent task, time spent on subtasks aren't added to the parent tasks time, which is confusing to us.

Is there a way to have the time spent on subtasks to be added to the parent tasks? As we usually estimate the time spent on the overall parent task and would assume the subtasks would be summed up, so we can see how much of the allowed time budget has been used.
Delete Workgroup through business process, Using a business process to delete created workgroup
Thank you!
Quote
require_once("/home/bitrix/www/bitrix/modules/socialnetwork/include.php");
with the require it works.

We are currently using version 16.5.3 of the Social network module.

Any particular reason why a require statement is necessary for the social network but not for Groups, Users etc.?
Delete Workgroup through business process, Using a business process to delete created workgroup
Thank you for the advice.

We tried it inside the PHP console.

The following works as expected:

Code
$res = CUser::GetList();

while ($s = $res->Fetch() )
   echo 'test ';
But for the social network groups it only shows a little loading popup on the top right, but never any result is printed.
Code
$res = CSocNetGroup::GetList();
while ($s = $res->Fetch() )
   echo 'test ';

So it appears there is a problem with the 'GetList()' call to the 'CSocNetGroup'

Why might this be the case? The method I got from the link you provided in the first reply.

Any help would be appreciated.
Delete Workgroup through business process, Using a business process to delete created workgroup
Thank you that was already helpful, is there a way to test the php code inside bitrix?

Specifically logging the output of variables would be helpful.

I haven't found a way to run the php code to test the functionality.

Any help or link to a tutorial how to get started would be helpful.

I tried the following in the control panel PHP command line:
Code
$rs = CSocNetGroup::GetList();

while ($f = $rs->Fetch() )
   echo $f['ID'].' ';

But I only get a loading popup which never produces any output.

CRM not shown in left menu, Although permission is granted, the CRM module is not visible for the user
We currently are evaluating the on premise trial version.

We managed to fix it by adding the gadget to the dashboard (by going to the url .../crm then 'add Gadget' -> 'CRM' -> 'Leads') after that the CRM section on the left menu appeared.

So it seems like the state updated of the permission for that Group/User didn't get propagated to the left side menu
CRM not shown in left menu, Although permission is granted, the CRM module is not visible for the user
On the left side of bitrix, there is a sectioned menu displayed (My Workspace, Company...) a newly invited user does not see the CRM section on this left menu, althought all access permissions have been granted (CRM -> Settings -> Permissions -> Access permissions)

If we type in the url: www.ourdomain.com/crm the user can see all the contents of the CRM module (we therefore assume the access permission works correctly) but as stated before no menu entry on the left is visible.

What might be the problem?

Delete Workgroup through business process, Using a business process to delete created workgroup
Through a business process a new workgroup can be created.

How would it be possible to delete the created workgroup (after some specific conditions have been met).

I couldn't find any item in the BP editor. Would it be possible to delete the workgroup through execution of a php script?

If so could someone please point me in the right direction to where I could find the documentation for the API of workgroups?
Unable To Install CRM Module, Database error when trying to install the CRM Module
The CRM link (left side bar) did not show up for our users (although they could access the crm module by writing the url .../crm inside the navigation bar -> not a permission issue)

We therefore tried to remove the CRM module and reinstall it, but received the error:

FILE: /home/bitrix/www/bitrix/modules/crm/classes/general/crm_status.php
LINE: 341
[COLOR=#ff0000]MySQL Query Error: SEL ECT * FR OM b_crm_status WHERE ENTITY_ID = 'PRODUCT' ORDER BY SORT ASC [/COLOR][Table 'sitemanager0.b_crm_status' doesn't exist]

Now we are unable to install the CRM module. What exactly went wrong, and how could we fix it?
