Company Notes Field, We need a way to add all of our client notes under each company.

You can load files to Common documents and give access to all users.

Daily Digest, Email notification of a "daily digest"?

Unfortunately, there is no such feature in the product.

According to the logic of the product, notifications go to the Instant Messenger and if a user is offline they are sent on e-mail.

Move employee to extranet user
Hi,

You can only dismiss a user.

In this case, the employee will not be able to log into the portal and will not be seen in the company portal, but all his or her personal data (files, messages, tasks, etc.) will remain intact.

A user profile can be completely cleared out and a new name and email can be put in, if desired. This of course, would involve the deletion of the user's data.

If you are using UTF-8 encoding on your site, mbstring.func_overload should be set to the value of 2.
You can set different value to different sites on your server.
In this case, you should set the value in the files of virtual hosts settings (httpd.conf).

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to publish the html or php site at the moment. Because user have to login to view the pages in the portal. It's possible to share the document stored in the Bitrix24 portal. To do that you have to select action menu of the document in the list - share this item.

I will pass your idea to the development department. But at the moment it's a security question which possibly want allow us to implement it.

We know about this problem with "Multiple download" and our developers will fix this bag as soon as possible.
At the moment i can advise you to use the Bitrix24.Drive  feature in the [url=http://www.bitrix24.com/features/mobile-and-desktop-apps.php]Desktop App[/url], which will help you to download multiple files on the portal. Simply synchronize the map on your desktop with the cloud and all documents will be there.

To import leads and contacts you should save your file in the SCV format, encoding  UTF-8.
