Hi, Carlos!
As soon as we have a new localization we'll write on the forum and in our blog.
At the moment Bitrix24 cloud version is available in English, German and Russian. Bitrix24 self-hosted version is also available in Spanish. The Portuguese localization for self-hosted version will be announced this Autumn as well.
extranet users see all clients, If you invite someone from the extranet they can see all your clients

The extranet user can't see the CRM portion. Maybe you have invited this user to your portal as an internal user?
To invite an extranet user you have to create an extranet workgroup. Simply activate this parameter while creating/editing a workgroup.

Select "actions" in the workgroup's action menu - invite user.

Here you can invite as internal user using the search straight. To invite an external user add his email using "invite external users by email".



You can check whether you invited person is an extranet user in the "Company" portion - Employee - Extranet.

A similar system which already employs this idea is Uservoice, Along side Bitrix24, I use Uservoice to handle several companies' support systems.  

It would be great using UserVoice's custom service hooks to integrate them into the Bitrix24 cloud/self-hosted system. You could easily then use the highest voted ideas and turn them into deals / leads with the ability to pull information fr om the UserVoice account into contacts.

I always recommend both services when trying to help companies and businesses streamline their organizational methods and it would be really nifty to see some integration.  

Conversely I'm sure you can use the Ruby hook system UserVoice created (linked above from github) bundle what you need safely to let them add Bitrix24 into their product.

Several other CRM solutions which I don't use regularly have included UserVoice to handle support, ideas and knowledge base aspects. I feel it would put Bitrix24 at a great advantage as a CRM solution to also at least consider Uservoice as an option.  

I would easily justify upgrading to a paid version with this level of integration was included.

You're right, it's very important to hear a "Uservoice":). At the moment we're discuss all feature and  fix the problems here, on forum and in the helpdesk. We also have an internal tool wh ere we put all the ideas and features from our users. We add to the product the most demanded and useful.

At the moment there is only possibility to synchronize email via pop3. I'll add your idea to out "to do" list, if it's highly demanded, we'll add this feature.

The most convenient way to upload multiple documents is to use Bitrix24.Drive in the [url=http://www.bitrix24.com/features/mobile-and-desktop-apps.php]Desktop App[/url]. You can manage and synchronize a map on you local PC with Bitrix24. Add all your documents to the drive and they will appear in the "file" directory of Bitrix24.

This feature is available for all plans. Do you have "Settings" in the CRM portion? Only person with administrative rights can manage the CRM settings.

If you want your colleagues to see the available Leads on your portal you have to set the access permission - role manager (or another you have) to see all open Leads.


Bitrix24 CRM has very flexible access permission settings. You can manage access permission (roles) in the CRM portion - Settings - Access permission

You can switch the language in the authorization window.

Unfortunately, Bitrix24 don't have the calendar year view and the possibility to customize the date rage, but i think it's a very useful idea. I've add your suggestion to our "to do"list. If it will be highly demanded we'll add this feature.

By default it's off, but you can set the "Email notification" for different kind of activities on the portal.

You will get the notification for the tasks where you're responsible, participant or observer.

If you want get the notification to your mobile phone, you have to install Bitrix24 [url=http://www.bitrix24.com/features/mobile-and-desktop-apps.php]mobile version[/url]. If you will be away from your portal, you'll get the mobile Push notification.

To reproduce your situation i need to know which proprieties of your newly added currency. Did you set in the "exchange rate" and "sort index" field. Are the "reporting currency" checkbox active? Did you saved the German and Russian settings for this currency?

At the moment, unfortunately, there is no way to import some information to the work group's activity stream. But in the nearest future we plan to open API to Bitrix24, what will, probably solve this task.
You can import Leads from another website via Rest API. You have to create a [url=http://www.bitrix24.com/support/forum/messages/forum3/topic349/message1773/#message1773]special form[/url] on your site and the information from this website will be passed to CRM as a new Lead.
Privacy in workgroups
"Authorized Users" - all employee in Bitrix24 could have the access.

"All Group Members" - only the members of this workgroup will have the access to this kind of information.

Privacy in workgroups

You have to create 2 private visible group, then set the Feature Settings

For example, if you want to show the conversation in group, you have to set conversation privacy "view post"  - "all authorized users"

But in this case you will give the access to the posts of this group to all employee. Unfortunately there is no another way

Some of our customers don't add the company to the deal if they have selected the contact, because they will see the information about the associated company in the contact's information. But this is an usability question. We'll think about it.

Unfortunately, at the moment users can only view Favourite Calendars. Your employees are able to add an event to this calendar directly in the workgroup, but not in the personal tool using favourite calendar. I've added your suggestion to our "to do" list. It will be very comfortable to be able add an event to favourite calendar in the personal one.

Email notification is sent by the messenger when an user is away from the portal and get a task, for example. If you're not authorized on your Bitrix24 portal and get a task or a message, notification will come to your email in 10 minutes.  

At the moment it's impossible to switch off the email notification entirely, but we've already added this feature to our "to do list".

Unfortunately,at the moment there is no way to integrate Bitrix24 with mailchimp. To get response data you can integrate your Bitrix24 portal with the external email box (CRM -Settings - Send&Save integration). Thanks to Send&Save integration you will get the emails from the connected mailbox, all emails will be added to the corresponding client/lead profile. If there is no any email related to a lead in the system, then a new Lead will be created.
So you will have all outcoming and incoming communications inside the CRM.
You can also send emails to all your leads directly from the system based on a new email template system that we have added just a few days ago.

Sure, you can switch the Time management off or set the flexible working our for your employee.
In the section "Company" - "Worktime" click on the "Settings" button.

After that you will see the settings piktogramm near the department and employee's name. You can set the time management for whole department or employee.

Do any of your coworkers have the same problem? It has happened that some problems like these have gone away by switching the profile time zone setting from "Default" to "yes, use browser settings", but not always. Have you tried updating your operating system? If you have checked that your settings in your user profile and your local computer's operating system are the same, then go ahead and put in a ticket into [url=http://www.bitrix24.com/support/helpdesk.php]the support desk[/url].

In this topic was discussed different time relating mistakes, and the part of it was already solved.
At the moment there all mistakes on the portal are caused by timezone mismatch or an old windows version.
Here are two point you have to check:

This error might appear if your Time Zone settings in your Bitrix24 profile don’t match the Time Zone on your computer.
If you sel ected a time zone from the list in your profile, please make sure that it matches the time zone on your computer. (To check your profile settings, select "Edit Profile Settings" - Time Zone and check the Time Zone on your local computer (see image). If the user selected a specific time zone in the Bitrix24 profile, she needs to check that it matches the time zone on the local computer.

2. If the user’s timezone in Profile is set to accept the browser setting, she has to check the Windows upd ate. Older windows versions could have such errors. In this case, she needs to upd ate her Windows.

All users who have the same situation should check these 2 points:
1. time zone in profile and on the local computer.
2. Windows upd ate.

This error might appear if your Time Zone settings in your Bitrix24 profile don’t match the Time Zone on your computer.
If you selected a time zone fr om the list in your profile, please make sure that it matches the time zone on your computer. (To check your profile settings, select "Edit Profile Se ttings" - Time Zone and check the Time Zone on your local computer. If the user selected a specific time zone in the Bitrix24 profile, she needs to check that it matches the time zone on the local computer.


2. If the user’s timezone in Profile is se t to accept the browser se tting, she has to check the Windows update. Older windows versions could have such errors. In this case, she needs to update her Windows.

2. Windows update.

We also understand that it may bring some inconvenience. We are already working on the protection of such errors relating the mismatch of the time zones.
