You can add the Network Drive in you Files or in the Shared Documents.
Network Drive will connect the folder in your Bitrix24 account and on you local computer.

Simply click on this button in your file directory and you'll find the instructions to set the synchronization.

In essence, each branch has its own intranet that can have a separate structure and design.  Simultaneously, integration among the departments and with the main office is maintained.

[/QUOTE]It's not a bug. By default the responsible person of the new task is the account holder. You don't have to go to the employee's profile, just select her/him in the field "responsible" in the task creation form.

By default filter shows all tasks. Firstly new task (blue color) will appear in the top of the list. After refreshing of the browser this task will take place in the list near other new tasks. In the top of the list are overdue tasks (red), then come new tasks that need confirmation (green), then come new tasks (blue).
But anyway you can set an other mode of task filter.

Two problems, with Calendar and Task

We've tested this situation of calendar synchronization with outlook, but didn't find the error. Maybe we have missed something. Please, create a ticket in our helpdesk and we'll find the decision together. In the ticket, please, specify your Outlook ver sion (year). How did you connect the Bitrix24 calendar with Outlook, with this button?

After deleting an old synchronization, restart your Outlook to make sure that it was deleted. The same with the calendar. After deleting one calendar you have to restart Outlook. Don't tell Outlook to remember login and password if you want to add an other calendar synchronization.

Bitrix24 Windows App using Proxy Server


Hello dear friends!  
In this article I would like to tell you how to work in Bitrix24 Windows app using the Proxy Server.
You have to set the following options:
Control Panel – Network and Internet – Internet Options





In the Internet Properties’ window that appears, select “Connections” – in the bottom of the window you will find the Local Area Network (LAN) settings, to change them click on the “LAN Settings” button; check the box “Use a proxy server for your LAN”.


Select “Advanced” and enter the Proxy settings information.

The internet options item in this list can also be found in Internet Explorer

Just view all your templates forms. There is a template with the same name?

If yes, look at the section "more".

Managing email notifications

You can check your Subscription list in your profile


It is possible to set only Activity Stream's Subscription, by default email notification are off.
Also check your personal subscription on this page yourcompany.bitrix24.com/company/personal/subscribe/
*replace "yourcompany" on it's real name.

Email notification is sent by the messenger when an employee is away from the portal. If you're not authorized on your Bitrix24 portal and get a task or a message, notification will come to your email in 10 minutes.

At the moment it's impossible to switch off email notification entirely, but we've already set this task and will complete it in the near future.

Yes, we have the possibility to create a web to lead form. With sites on the Bitrix Base it's going through easy integration, and with other Bases it's possible to organize thanks to REST API.

Repeating tasks, How do I set up repeating task

So if you want the task to stop repeating, you uncheck the repeat task box.

At the moment in Bitrix24 catalog there is no way to add a new custom field, but it's planned.
Nevertheless, you can devise your products to different sections.  Use "Section Management" to add new sections.




While creating/editing product select the section in the form.

You're right, there are only two ways to include an image into the text of a wiki.

In field User Name you have to write your email address down
If Address to your calendar is [url]https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/rtlcalendar24@gmail.com/user[/url]
Your User Name should be [COLOR=#363636][url=https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/rtlcalendar24@gmail.com/user]rtlcalendar24@gmail.com[/url] ( not just [/COLOR][url=https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/rtlcalendar24@gmail.com/user]rtlcalendar24[/url])
In field Password should be a password from your email (not from Bitrix24 account)

If you specify all this parameter, but the error still appears, please, show  a screenshot of  window with error.

Reconnecting network drive, Issues re connecting the map drive

Could you specify which kind of issues do you have- it's a window that appears when you turn your pc on?
The map drive is protected. Every time you restart or turn on your computer the map drive will be disconnected, so you have to enter the password. It's a security question.

Your Own Domain Name, Change your regular Bitrix24 domain name to a custom domain name of your choice
With Bitrix24 Professional subscription you can use the so called "Own Domain Name" service. This service allows you to change your regular Bitrix24 domain name to a custom domain name of your choice. For example: from https://mycompany.bitrix24.com to www.mycompany.com

To set up a custom doman name for your Bitrix24 account, please follow the instructions, below:
  1. Create a Bitrix24 account, and activate it with Bitrix24 Professional subscription.
  2. Obtain a domain name. The domain used for Bitrix24 must be a third-level domain (e.g. my.intranet.com). Why so? Not all Bitrix24 functionality will operate properly if the cloud settings configured a fourth or higher level domain.
  3. Procure a SSL Certificate for your custom domain. The SSL protocol is used to protect data traveling through the internet. It guarantees a save connection between the server and the user’s browser. Information is encoded in HTTPS, and only a special key is able to decode it. To protect your data you have to buy it and provide it to our technical department. We will implement the certificate on your domain. At the moment there is possibility in Workgroup to create a task and bind an CRM item.
To do that in the task's profile select "More" in the bottom of the window, after that it will be extended and you could "Select CRM item" (s. pict.)

Rearrange Tasks (Reorder), How do I re-order tasks?
Dear Scott,

You can reorganize your task list thanks to buttons in the head of the list (ascending, descending). Fore more comfortable operating categorize your list in task filter. Tasks are graded according their Priority, Deadline, etc. Free reorganization isn't available.

Could you clarify for what purpose you need this feature?

Can head of department see tasks of subordinate?

Thank you very much for your opinion, it's very important for us!

Indeed, at the moment subordinates' task, how told Ann, is visible by supervisor in filter's extended mode, but isn't editable.
Only person with administrator access is able to see and edit all tasks in the company.
I understand that it can be inconvenient. I'll pass your suggestion for subordinates' task editability and  notification by mail to the project team and we'll try to resolve this situation.
