I'm attempting to send out automated emails listing the installers who will be working together on a job, the email uses the custom fields 'installer 1', 'installer 2' and 'installer 3' sending out the following information in the BP.

When the email is sent however the custom fields which are set as '[COLOR=#555555]Bind to User' do not display the staff names but show as:
[/COLOR][COLOR=#555555]
[/COLOR]Installers: user_22, user_6, user_1

Would there be any way to override this and display the names instead?

Allow all department users to add products to the catalog., Allow all department users to add products to the catalog.
I'm attempting to give access to all members of one workgroup to add products to the catalog but no other administrator access but i'm unable to find anything in the access permissions menu relating to the catalog, is there any way to accomplish this that i'm missing?

Responsible person link vanished, The shortcut to change the person responsible for a lead has suddenly stopped displaying.
Hi Yana

I've tried to reset the settings but it seems to have no effect on the fields shown in the top blue bar although the rest of the form is indeed reset, i also can't seem to manually rearrange the fields so shown is shown there.

Any backup plans?

Good afternoon,

When using Bitrix24 we create the lead and save it, we then confirm our appointment time with our client and reassign the lead to the member of staff attending the appointment with the client.
The details are then sent out by a BP to the responsible employee.
In the past there has been a "Responsible Person" field on the page where i have placed the red outline in the below image.


I am unsure if this was removed in an update or whether its disappearance is user error on our part.

Please could you advise on how to get this back? For the sheer number of leads being assigned clicking edit and scrolling down each time is highly impractical.

Edit Layout, Cannot locate edit form options for Lead Data input.
Following the upd ate a few days ago I can reset forms to default layout, however i can't edit the position of my custom fields rendering all business processes and essentially the CRM useless.

Where the option could previously be found there are now only options for "Rese t settings" or "Save preferences for all users", please could you let me know where the layout can be changed?

Mobile App Menu and Calendar, App calendar deletes events one hour before they happen
Hello,

We've been experiencing some issues in the Bitrix mobile apps, the events scheduled in the calendar are removed one hour before they occur, almost exactly the time you actually need to look up the relevant details of the appointment. Is this a known issue and how could i fix it, it's happening on every mobile device used in the company.

For anyone else experiencing this issue with scheduling events or follow up appointments the solution was;

[LIST][*][B]dateadd[/B] - adds the time span passed as the second argument to the date specified as the first argument.
Syntax:
=dateadd([initial date], [time span])The following units are possible in the time span: y, year, years, m, month, months, d, day, days, h, hour, hours, i,min, minute, minutes, s, second, seconds. The units are case insensitive.

Hi Yana,

I've been trying repeatedly since your last message, i am still unable to find a way to schedule a calendar event to always be exactly one year after the custom date field 'End Date' i'm using, i can enter a date and time manually in the business process calendar event or use a field from my form to set the date and time of the event but i can't schedule it at a dynamic point in the future.

Good afternoon,
     When a Deal is completed (won) we need to book in a follow up appointment one year later to make sure everything is fine with the installation, I'd like to set up a business process to schedule the appointment on the calendar exactly one year after the Custom Date/Time Field "End Date" and assign it to the same employee every time.

Is there any way to accomplish this with a BP orwould this level of functionality only be available in the self hosted version of the software?

Email Delay, Automated Email Delay
I've set up a business process to send out automated emails when changes are made to new leads so that out sales personnel are notified, recently we moved our web hosting to a new provider and am now experiencing issues with the emails being very delayed in delivery (as much as 10 hours in some cases).

All spam filters on the new hosting are disabled but the delay is still an issue, is there a way i can format the outgoing emails as a workaround within Bitrix24 to help them avoid any filters and similar, as the issue is new i'm assuming that its the fault of the hosting and mailserver switch, would the switch itself interfere with Bitrix?

Good morning,

I'm attempting to set up a business process in Bitrix24 which will upd ate a Workgroup calendar with the appointment date/time, lead name and responsible user as set in a Lead.
I've se t up the workgroup calendars with no trouble but am having trouble using the calendar events in business processes.

I can input all the relevant data to add to the calendar but cannot select a workgroup calendar for the data to be posted to, it is applied to the responsible persons calendar, not the overall workgroup.

Is this functionality supported?

Is it possible to use the bitrix API to create a custom web app which uploads custom forms to the database with the standard package or is this functionality only available with the self hosted version?

I'm currently unable to find my custom fields and form settings on the mobile app as well, has there been any development of this feature since the opriginal post or is there likely to be in the future?
Automated email on lead creation problems

The link was extremely helpful, all sorted now except that when i now add a new lead i get a duplicate as well, the lead name is copied to another otherwise blank lead and i can find no cause, any idea what could be causing this? I can't find anything in the FAQ.

I'm attempting to set up Bitrix24 to email a particular manager whenever a new lead is created so that the manager can easily assign responsibility to the relevant employees.

What should be a simple task has now taken me days, is this functionality available?
