Disagree. There is a lot of options task to be assigned to. First You must create workgroup, then create a task and assign it to project using option in line "more", then sel ect "project" and choose fr om "my groups", where You will find Your group, as a project. Subtasks are created in the same way. After that You will find created project with all stuff that necessary in it. This is how I solved this problem.[/QUOTE]
Sorry for my not clearly answer. I mean that in Bitrix24, there is no sub workgroup or no sub Project.
You can manage the task as you answer. That 's right.

You can set up mother tasks as Aim1, Aim2, Aim3 and many subtask for each mother task after that.

Custom fields in Tasks
Custom fields in Tasks is available in Bitrix24 Self-Hosted version, BUT this feature is not working. Task's owner can create the custom fields with information and the responsible can show the information but can not edit or update anything in that fields.

Don't know why Bitrix24 add this feature in Tasks ^_^

One more case, receiving email from existed customer's email in CRM, and customer doesn't using "code service" so the mail only show in contract only. (This is normal logic).

Filter mail is not working. Deal ID 12, Deal ID 14, Deal ID 16 with same contact's email. Sending email with [DID#12] in subject, and it always add into deal id 14, don't know why.
And no update from Bitrix24 until now, no response, no answer...

History for custom fields, History for custom fields
Hi Nitin,

"Bitrix24 Advanced CRM shows the history of changes - i.e. who accessed  or changed CRM entry - and you will be able to restore previous values,  if necessary. Here is a list of actions shown under History:

[*]New fields added to CRM records form
[*]CRM record’s field value change
[*]CRM record status change
[*]View
[*]Export
[*]Activities created (tasks, meetings, calls)
[*]Activities status change
[*]Products added

The History can help you to track sales managers activities or restore  some data, i.e. when user has accidentally deleted contact phone  number, etc. "

So with this information, the custom fields don't records the changes in history. Hope that Bitrix24 will upgrade this feature in short time or have place to config which custom fields need records history, soon.

In Leads, change to List View. Check to "square box" check all / Uncheck all (100 records per time) at the left bottom of the Leads screen. After that, in select action box, choose assign responsible person, choose the person who you want to assigned then click apply.

Custom Fields in reports
Bitrix24 has many update nowadays, but QC is too low, so many bugs occur, hope that next update release, they make a smooth version with high quality.

Using Companies as the STARTING point, Defining a process to handle Leads that are customers
Hi Faisal,

In my opinion, I don't see the problem here when you use the Leads for sale starting process. So I describe the workflow as below:

- First, you can use the Statuses and Dropdowns feature in CRM settings to manage the Leads process following your business (example: unassigned --> assigned --> in process (contact, call, mail) --> processed (fill all information into Leads) --> close Leads and convert to deal and company.

    In the Leads, you can create custom fields and make sure all custom fields meet with your business. You can apply to all sales members using the Leads form after.

-  Second, after leads close step, now you can manage the deals processes (same way with manage leads) (example: assigned --> in process (appointment, demo, presentation) --> quotation --> contract --> close deals

So with this road map, hope that it will help you now.

About the help desk and forum admin service of Bitrix24, in my opinion, they are overload and don't know how to solve this overload issues. The method to solve this overload issue is share it to partner and increase the effective of partner to the customers around them.

In case, the leads (ID is 4, example) and deals (ID is 2, example) with the same email address. If you don't use the service code (LID#4, example), the mail automatic added into all leads and deals.

In case, you use the code LID#4. If you only using the CRM email account (person or company) feature, the mail will add to leads with the number ID number 4 (perfect). If you add the mail into Email Integration feature, email will add into all leads and deals.

Custom Fields in reports
At the current, in my opinion, this custom fields in tasks is the bug of Bitrix24. You can create the custom fields but can't show it in the tasks overview screen or in the report also. Can't do anything, just wait and see the new update of Bitrix24 and hope that they will fix this bug.
Add New Project, Now do I add a new peoject and asign tasks to it
In Bitrix24 WorkGroup and Projects is the same. So, first you create a WorkGroup (Projects), after that you access to this WorkGroup and create new task or you can create a new task on the main screen and link to the WorkGroup (Projects).

Hello Karolis,

This function is already in Bitrix24. I tested by using free version and do the sending and receiving mail as your need.
I send mail from the lead and when they reply, it backs to mail of sender.

Look at the capture for more detail.

You must be an Admin or Supervisor of Department to turn off that feature. To turn off it, click on "Time and Reports" then click on "worktime", you will see the "gear icon-settings" click on it, then you will see the "gear icon" appear beside the department / users. Click on that gear and turn off the work report or setting it.

Same with "Work reports"

Upload file with approval BP in Company Drive, The file appears even if the process is not yet approved

I use the self-hosted demo version.
In Company Drive: first approval autorun create is turn on.

In normal way, the file must be disappeared until the approval process is done. But the file can see/download by every one.  
So this is the logic of BP in Bitrix24 or this is a bug in the approval process.
Please check and show me the reason soon.

Adding "My Tasks" to my calendar, How do I merge "My tasks" and my user calendar

This feature is release or not? How can I show the task with time planning in my calendar? It's very important with manager because they can see the busy time of team member by checking calendar.

At current, in search form in kanban mode, only has 6 type of search as: tile, create on, start date, type, amount, responsible person. So how can I add more fields or custom fields in search form in kanban CRM deal view? (example: I want to search with complete on, how can I do that?)
