Losing SIP connection, At first the SIP connection seems to work, then later the phone doesnt work. It only works after logging in to the CRM
We have quite a weird situation, when we add a cloud hosting SIP connection it seems to work. But after a while the phone doesn't work. However once I login again to the web CRM it begins to work again

Why is this happening? Do I have to buy SIP connector to accept incoming calls continuously ?
