Hello, Antonio! At this moment such functionality is unavailable. You can select notifications for a Task – for that, you need to go to your personal profile > Configure notifications > "New comment added to a task" or "Task reminder", "Task created or updated", "Task assigned to you".

Automatic recognition of tasks’ deadlines and statuses is not available in Bitrix24 yet.
Please note, that we have Bitrix24 Task Planner feature where you can quickly add, start and finish new tasks and set deadlines directly inside Planner board without the need to open each task form. Order of tasks / Subtasks

Hi! Drag and drop functionality exist in our Gantt chart and Kanban view. Remember: to access indent\outdent & drag&drop options in Gantt Chart for your tasks, you have to select 2 options under Tasks > Settings:

[*]Group Subtasks option enabled
[*]Sort is set as My Sorting
[/LIST]

We do offer a free demo of the Bitrix Cloud version, you can register a free account at bitrix.com; you just have to click on a green “start free” button and proceed with a standard registration.

Tasks List View: Tags Column, I love to be able to see the tags associated with a task list in the list overview screen.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback regarding the sortable “tag” column! We will take it into account and include into the list of feature requests for our developers.

At the moment, you can group the tasks and sub-tasks inside the settings of your Tasks tab.

Hello! As you might know, calls logs can be found in Telephony> Balance & Statistics> Itemized Bill. When reviewing the call details, you can see the duration of a call, made by a manager. Unfortunately, the average call time per manager is not available at the moment.

Hello! You can allow access to your Drive in the Workgroups > [name of your workgroup] > Actions > Edit group > Features > select Drive option. Then, you can use to Drive menu inside your Workgroup to upload the documents you need from Google Drive.

How to get rid of those annoying Chatbots?
All chatbots are disabled at the moment universally, except Giphy.com which you can disable in your account at Company > Company Structure > Chat bots
Your screenshot hadn't loaded properly, unfortunately, so right now I can't tell if she was MIA, our blonde chatbot, or any other girl we had there.
Open channel is great but......, Open Channels needs Linkedin, WhatsApp and Twitter to be useful
