we already solved the problem of the account Managers being able to delete all the companies. We are still waiting for the data to be restored.... Support is very slow...

We have a "Standard" license. We created the ticket on the 11th of August, the day the companies desapear and until now we dont have any solution. we are paying for a service that is not working and we are loosing our confidence on it. If we dont have a solution today we will surely stop using Bitrix24 and we will change to a diferent program.

Hello, I know that this is an old post, but we have a problem with our Bitrix24 CRM, we suddendly lost all our companies... It's been a week and the Bitrix 24 suppport does not solve this problem, we are losing money every day... can Bitrix24 restore the CRM data?
