Best,

OK. Deleted the template. Will see if the task pops up again next week.
I've would have had hard time figuring this one out on my own ;) It is not very intuitive, but at least there is a working methiond to deal with recurring tasks.

Thanks Yana!
Repeating tasks, How do I set up repeating task
Hi,
I've been trying to set up recurring tasks and are facing the same issues and one new in addition.
Firstly, once recurring task is created - recurence can not be changes when editing the task. Think is, I've made a mistake when setting the task, but now I could not change it. The bigger issue is, I can't even delete it now. If I delete the task, it reappears at the next scheduled time! How do I delete all recurring instances of a task?
Task visility in task list, Tasks I'm paticipat in or observer of does not appear on my task list. How do I change it?
Great, now it makes sense. Thank you.
Is it possible to migrate B24 to another B24, is migration between bitrix sites possible? Need instruction how to do it or guidance on migration practices.
Thank you for the answer, Yana,

its a shame it will have to be a manual migration though, since we have to migrate from cloud to cloud and tasks are the bulk of the content.

When i open "Tasks" fr om my workspace I see a list of tasks where I'm the responsible person. But I do not see any of the tasks wh ere I'm either a Participant or Observer or both. So two questions arise from this situation:

1. Is there a setting to enabling showing of the tasks wh ere person is a Participant or Observer in the persons task list?
2. What is the purpose of Participant and Observer? If tasks don't show up in Participant task list it will be missed and not completed.

Our company will be re-branding in the net few month. This will result in a new business name, new domain name and e-mail addresses. I did read somewhere on the forums that free version of B24 does not allow changing of the name and the only option is to create a new B24 site. And on top of that, we were unaware of B24 strict rules on some aspects of the service, like one cannot delete an employee once it has accepted invitation. So we have a few thing on out current site that we want to lose (resolve) through migration.

The question is, how do we migrate the content from old.b24 to new.B24 site? Most importantly Projects and tasks and associated comments. Is there export/import option? Or is there a migration tool/service?
Rearrange Tasks (Reorder), How do I re-order tasks?
Add my voice to Task ordering feature request. It is a must have for any project planning. Important bit is, that once tasks have been ordered, they must show in that order to all users, not only the user who performed the ordering.
Order of tasks / Subtasks
I realize this is an old topic, but I don't see drag-and-drop task ordering implemented yet. Is there some other way task can be ordered so that everyone involved in a project see them in the same order?
