Problem with the Open Channels and CRM
I cannot seem to figure out how to do the auto lead (if not already in CRM) feature either.  Seems to never create a lead for me.
Open channel is great but......, Open Channels needs Linkedin, WhatsApp and Twitter to be useful

Just had a quick play with Open channel which is great.  Well done!

However, I think you have missed 2 critical things in your first release:

Linkedin
WhatsApp.
Twitter

I know Facebook is huge for personal stuff, but I would say for business, Linkedin is much bigger and has more relevance.

WhatApp is also on the rise everywhere.

I think you need to give serious consideration to adding these standard tools ASAP.

Just my 20 cents worth.

Cheers,

I agree - I understand LinkedIn tightened up their API but I believe messages can still be leveraged if I recall correctly.

Twitter would be a huge bonus as well.  This would be a full fledged SRM if that was entered.  I currently subscribe to Nimble.com just for this feature.  I'd love to be able to keep all interactions in one CRM!
Planner view empty data for staff *Bug?*
I'm the admin and all of my tasks show up in my Planner just fine, but they do not for my staff.  The only way a task shows up for my staff is if they create a task in that very view.  I have tried every filter, every setting, everything I can think of to try and correct this to allow for previously created tasks to be pulled in but have no luck.

It always says "no data to view."  I've tried searching everywhere but can't find anything pertaining to this.  I see on the help page it says: "who have access to tasks" on this page ( https://helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/5637775/ ) but I can't find any settings anywhere that would even allow me to let staff see tasks or not (aka access to tasks).

I've had bitrix for years but just started a Pro trial period because we're thinking about making the jump (BTW anyone in a trial should have access to the Helpdesk too since new features are added to this version) access the help desk to ask them.  We really need to get this figured out pretty soon.

*UPDATE* I think there may be a bug. In the hours I've spent trying to get this resolved for my staff, I've noticed 2 tasks have randomly appeared at different times. I went back and looked at the history and they both had tags applied to the task. It appears by doing that it is somehow making them appear in the Planner view. Also, as I've mentioned, this has always worked for me but not my staff.
Start a Task and move it to In Progress, Is there a way to automate the steps?
Completely agree.  It would be very helpful if the buckets would be able to:

Recognize deadlines - to automatically add it to "This Week"
Recognize status - To automatically move it to the completed/finished bucket
Admin ability to view all tasks in all groups regardless of being a member
We're new to Bitrix and the employees are setting up their various projects and tasks. Some of them have made a "personal to-do" group for the tasks that do not pertain to anyone but them and serve as a reminder to stay on top of things they may not have been tasked to do by a supervisor. I was thinking since I'm the site admin I'd see all tasks in all groups including those (they do not have any members other than only them) but it does not appear I have access. I figured I being an admin I have access for anything entered into the site but that does not appear to be the case.

Would I need to request to join each of these groups or should I have them delete the personal groups and have their personal tasks not connected to anything? I was under the assumption that if they entered a task not connected to a group then all staff/department would see them.

What's the best way to direct my staff to enter in their personal to-do lists/tasks? I wanted it to be something easy for them to track as well which is why I encouraged the private group but I think that was incorrect on my part.

Thanks all for the help!

Times for calendar events off-set by one hour, Found this AM that all event times set prior to Nov 1, 2014 are now 1 hour behind.
Just to follow up I entered this Helpdesk Ticket on the 14th and have yet to hear back anything.  I'm starting to think you are the only one working customer service...

Is this why the Company Pulse zero's out every day at 4pm EST?  I cannot seem to find a way to fix this....
