Email in Bitrix Mobile App
I vote for the mentioned option as well ([COLOR=#6a828c]manage emails inside Bitrix with an iMap connection so we can use our current mail client (Apple mail, iOS mail app[/COLOR])

Just to be sure, the IMAP and POP options below via yandex mail servers does not work for our own company domain (like @company.com, which is connected to bitrix24 right now)?

How to delete mailbox not attached to a user account
Go to page Settings-Manage E-Mail Accounts.
Click "Create" and choose Select another mailbox. See the screenshot.
And you can see created mailboxes.

Solution provided to me by bitrix support :)
Error: Login already taken when assigning a previously setup mailbox to a new user, Previously created mailboxes do not show up under manage e-mail boxes section
