I guess we all agree that email is one of the most popular tools for communication in business environment nowadays. For a long time we used to think that it was the best option for our internal communication as well as communication with our customers. But after implementing Bitrix24 in our company, I can say that we’ve been very wrong. Bitrix24 is not only the best solution for communication as it provides its own social network (Activity stream), instant messenger, voice and video chats. Its functions go far beyond that, covering all working interactions in Technique Control Facility Management. At some point we realised that Bitrix24 became our single tool for everything.
TCFM team manages approximately 38 million square feet of area (covering close to 75 buildings). To keep up the good work more than 50 people in our team collaborate in Bitrix24. We are using CRM, Bitrix24 Drive, Mobile & Desktop applications. Bitrix24 Drive is a really great tool which protects our data in the cloud. So we recommend all our employees to store files in Bitrix24 drive.
The most useful and favourite features are Clock IN/OUT, Leave Process, and Tasks. Through Clock IN/OUT feature, we have accurate work time / attendance report. Tasks are also very useful, because it notifies us about pending work and shows the workload of employees. These tools increase productivity and help the team complete projects on time.
Company Structure gives a complete information about employees with departments & designations. It facilitates communication and makes employee onboarding much easier.
Initially, everyone feels difficult to work in Bitrix24. But, now it becomes habitual and we have almost stopped using outlook, cloud storage & other third-party applications.
