If you’ve never used a recruitment CRM before, the setup is really simple. First, set your CRM stages according to your hiring process. Usually the stages are as follows: New resume – Resume pool – Screened – First interview – Second interview – Offer made – Offer accepted (hired).
If you use Bitrix24 forms, new resumes can be uploaded via a website form. If the applicant shows promise, the resume is added to the resume pool, even if there’s no current vacancy available. Applicant screening is the process of verifying that all required criteria for the job are met. After interviewing prospects, an offer is made to the best candidate(s). If the offer is accepted, the process is completed.
