Best Bitrix24 Social Welfare Project
Girl Up is a global non-profit organization that provides youth with the training, tools, and community to become leaders and accelerate social change. Girl Up is expanding girls’ skills, rights, and opportunities to lead. Reyada applied their own non-profit discount to Girl Up Uganda and provided the necessary implementation and training. Reyada conducted an onboarding and training (users and admins) for Girl Up Uganda. Now they are utilizing Bitrix24 for tasks and projects, HR, contact center, collaboration module, and mail integration. Reyada is proud to partner with such an inspiring organization.
FAF (Fachberatung für Arbeits- und Firmenprojekte) is a non-profit consultancy specializing in supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace. They approached Doc Brown to simplify and digitalize their internal processes. Bitrix24 was completely convincing as a solution and the decision was quickly made to expand the project. The solution enabled automated project management, internal communication, invoicing, and travel expense processes, as well as automated handling of training courses and seminars. All of this significantly relieved FAF and their employees.
The Mayor's Office of Medellín, Colombia has launched a mental health strategy called Linea Amiga Saludable to address mental health issues during the pandemic. This strategy follows the Colombian Government's Public Policy on Mental Health. At the friendly line, attention is offered through telephone calls or WhatsApp. The services are attended by a team of mental health managers using the Bitrix24 CONTACT CENTER module. This has allowed them to serve more than 3,500 citizens in less than 90 days

Todogas - innovative natural gas car equipment in Mexico. They offer a full service from installing natural gas fuel equipment and efficiency tracking to gas station equipment that automatically activates when the car arrives for refueling. Project objective: increase the level of service and customer loyalty by automating sales and customer service process. Technologies used (subsystems): IoT+AI (Lovato), CRM (Bitrix24), Risk Management system (G4S), End-client’s Platform (custom developed), BI (Qlik). Bitrix24 is used to maintain a customer card file, as well as a number of business processes that are configured to send notifications to customers and managers. Data from all systems is transferred to Qlik to build dashboards with key indicators for decision making. With the help of AI (Lovato), it is possible to calculate optimal consumption programs and the expected mileage between gas stations, as well as to use IoT technology for centralized sales records and loyalty program. G4S mobile application is used by sales managers in the field for data collection, primary scoring and qualification of new customers.

New Viet Dairy (Cong ty co phan Dai Tan Viet) is the leading importer and distributor of food and food ingredients in Vietnam. The job was to integrate Microsoft Navision and Infolog (https://www.infolog.com.sg/en/) with Bitrix24 CRM On-premise to reduce the very high licensing costs of Microsoft Navision and Infolog. With this integrated and customizable product, customers only need to purchase a very limited number of Microsoft and Infolog licenses. All activities of the sales and customer service team as well as sales team management, KPI calculation will be performed on Bitrix24.
ISTAT, the Italian National Institute of Statistics, is responsible for collecting macroeconomic data at a national level and taking a population census every 10 years. In 2020, NTC was chosen by ISTAT to provide a software platform and expertise to organize the 2021 population census. The NTC team provided the technology, training and consultancy using AGILE-SCRUM methodologies, streamlining bureaucracy and facilitating the work of ISTAT teams. Using Bitrix24, the project was completed two months ahead of schedule. The NTC installation has been confirmed until 2025 and will allow other procedures to be carried out annually.
Prontto Planejados is a company that works with custom furniture. Since they don’t sell the standard furniture, but environments with custom measurements, this project required some creative use of Smart Process Automation. Project implementation by Arrecife Digital allowed them to include rooms with values and PROMOB files, payment methods, and to request measurements. It also included integrations with a digital signer, a post-sales follow-up document, a compatibility pipe, and a finance department. Lastly, there was an API integration with Gmail and an invoice and payment slip management system called Bling that was integrated with Bitrix24.

Training and education of the Bitrix24 users is crucial. The 360-degree training approach focuses on the individual situation of the client, providing the same attention to make the best out of Bitrix24. As an example of one client, Training focused on understanding Bitrix24, as well as practical tasks, to ensure users get the support and information they need, individual training videos have been created and ongoing personal support is available. Further training sessions are held to refresh what has been learned and introduce changes. The client plans to equip other countries with the system and train their employees by 2024.
Bitrix24 courses are developed with the CEP+R methodology, which includes four learning sources: Contents, Exercises, Professional, and Network.
