Working with repeat sales in Bitrix24 CRM is easy. The CRM identifies the repeat customer automatically, generates a new lead or deal with a "repeat" label, and adds all client details to it.

As for repeat leads converted to deals, they may be labelled as repeat inquiries in case none of these deals have been closed won yet. After the first purchase made by the customer, future sales with them will be marked as repeat deals. Here is how to configure repeat sales in Bitrix24.

If you're using Simple mode for CRM (without leads), repeat deals will be created instead of repeat leads.
