At times, you might find yourself needing to delete a Bitrix24 account. Perhaps you created one to explore the tools but decided to use another for work. Whatever the reason, Bitrix24 offers several options to delete accounts you no longer use, either automatically or manually.

Deletion Options:

1. Automatically: If no one logs into the account for 50 days, Bitrix24 will automatically delete it.

2. Manually: Administrators can manually delete an account if it's on the Free plan or during Trial mode.

3. By Request: For accounts on a commercial plan, you need to submit a request for deletion.

Only administrators have the authority to delete an account, and all employees must be dismissed beforehand. Manual deletion is possible only for Bitrix24 accounts that have never been on a commercial plan. For accounts with an active or expired commercial plan, a deletion request must be submitted.
