Tarceel WhatsApp connects a real WhatsApp number to your Bitrix24 CRM, so WhatsApp
becomes another channel your team already works in, not a separate app to check.
Built for sales and support teams who want WhatsApp inside the CRM workflows they
already run, without a Business Platform approval process or message templates to
get pre-approved.
Automate sends from any CRM workflow. Add "Send WhatsApp via Tarceel" to a Deal,
Lead, or Contact Automation Rule, a new lead, a stage change, an overdue task,
anything Bitrix24 can trigger on. No code required; phone and message fields
accept Bitrix24's own field placeholders (e.g. {{Contact:NAME}}).
Chat live, two ways. "Tarceel WhatsApp" joins Contact Center as a selectable
channel next to your other messengers. Conversations show up live in an Open Channel
and log themselves to the matching CRM item automatically.
Send one-off messages straight from a CRM card. The same "Message" button you
already use for SMS now works for WhatsApp too, no automation needed for a quick
one-off message.
Nothing gets missed. Until you've connected an Open Line, inbound replies are
still matched by phone number and logged as a comment on the right Contact or
Lead's timeline, so a reply is never silently lost.
Setup takes a couple of minutes: install the app, follow the short connect flow
to link it to your Tarceel account (an existing WhatsApp number, or a new one),
and you're done. No server to run, nothing to host yourself.
