Project Health is a comprehensive project intelligence tool that runs entirely inside Bitrix24, requiring no external systems or manual exports. It aggregates data from your Bitrix24 tasks, workgroups, and CRM pipeline and transforms it into clear, actionable health signals for project managers and team leads.

Core dashboard sections:

Project Portfolio - Health scores (green / yellow / red) for every workgroup based on overdue rate, blocked task count, and team load. Filterable and searchable.
Attention Inbox - A prioritized queue of tasks requiring immediate action: overdue items, blocked work, and high-priority tasks, each with a recommended next step.
RAID Register - Automatically classifies tasks into Risks, Issues, Assumptions, and Dependencies based on keywords and tags. No manual logging required.
Delivery Forecast - Throughput-based completion forecasts (tasks/week ÷ remaining tasks) with confidence levels and deviation from planned dates.
Escalation Monitor - Three configurable escalation rules (overdue N+ days, blocked N+ hours, aging N+ days) with severity levels and auto-suggested actions.
Workload Map - Per-person breakdown of open, overdue, and blocked tasks across all projects. Configurable capacity thresholds flag overloaded team members proactively.
Flow Metrics - Per-project throughput, average cycle time, WIP count, and week-over-week trends.
Change Control - Detects scope creep by surfacing tasks added after the project baseline date.

Step-by-step setup guide

1. Install the app from the Bitrix24 Marketplace. The installation wizard opens automatically.

2. Complete the installation wizard - the wizard registers all required placements:

A Project Health tab in the task card (DoR/DoD checklist and block reason)
A Project Health tab in the workgroup/project card (health status, risks, metrics)
A custom user field type for project linking

This takes a few seconds and requires no manual configuration.

3. Open the dashboard - navigate to Project Health from the left sidebar or the Bitrix24 apps menu. The app immediately begins analyzing your workgroups and tasks via the Bitrix24 REST API.

4. Configure thresholds (admin only) - click the settings icon (⚙️) to open the Settings panel:

Escalation rules: set the number of days for overdue/aging thresholds and hours for blocked thresholds
Workload capacity: set per-person task capacity for workload level calculations
History window: number of days of task history to include in flow metrics and forecasts
Feature flags: enable or disable specific modules (e.g. Pipeline Health Monitor, OKR Tracker)

5. Use the task tab - open any task in Bitrix24. A Project Health tab (shown in the Applications block) will display DoR/DoD checklists and the block reason field for that task.

Use the project tab - open any workgroup/project. A Project Health item will appear in the main project menu showing health status, risks, and metrics for that project.

6. Share with your team - the dashboard is visible to all Bitrix24 users with app access. Only portal administrators can modify settings.

No external accounts, API keys, or third-party integrations are required. All data comes directly from your Bitrix24 account.
