Arahan pemasangan

Install the application and go to the contact center, the Telegram icon will appear there to connect the channel;
Click the "Connect" button;
Enter the phone number that you need to connect to open lines and open your Telegram on your phone;
In the field that appears, indicate the "Code" that you will receive in the Telegram application on your phone;
After successfully entering the code, a message about successful connection will appear in the window

Further, all incoming messages from clients in Telegram will appear in open lines. You can also write first from the contact/leads/deals/companies card.

That's it, your Telegram is connected to Bitrix24.
