Appraisify

Appraisify brings a full performance appraisal workflow into your Bitrix24 instance. Every appraisal cycle is tracked natively in your Bitrix24 CRM — as a Deal pipeline (Standard plan and above) or Smart Process (Professional plan and above) — giving you a Kanban board to monitor progress across all phases. No spreadsheets, no external platforms.

HOW IT WORKS
Each appraisal involves up to 4 participants:
• Admin – launches and oversees the cycle
• Employee (Reviewee) – completes a self-assessment
• Reviewer – evaluates the employee after self-assessment is submitted
• Partner – provides a peer perspective to finalise the cycle

Each appraisal moves through 4 stages: Reviewee Pending → Reviewer Pending → Partner Pending → Submitted. Scores fr om each phase remain hidden until all phases are complete, ensuring unbiased evaluations throughout.

FOR ADMINS
Sel ect one or more employees fr om the dashboard and launch appraisal cycles in bulk. Assign a Reviewer and Partner for each employee, choose a question template, set a deadline, and confirm. Bitrix24 in-app notifications are sent automatically at each phase transition. Download PDF reports for any completed appraisal directly from the dashboard.

QUESTION TEMPLATES
8 pre-built templates included: General Performance, Engineering IC, Engineering Lead, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and PIP. Each template has two sections (Scope of Work and Engagement) with up to 20 questions each. Create and customise your own templates using the built-in Question Builder, filtered by team and role level.
