The GPT Consultant application fully replaces the first-line agents and it tells your customers about your products or services.

How it works:

1. Upload your “knowledge base” to the app: This is everything your Consultant needs to know.

2. Set the tone of the Consultant's communication, for example, likes to joke, intelligent, strict, etc.

3. Connect the Consultant to the Bitrix24 Open Channels

Ready! Now you don't have to waste your time and resources on initial client consultations, but at the right time you can join the dialogue yourself.

Attention! The app contains in-app purchases.

When working with this application, you have an opportunity to use the InformUnity loyalty program, taking into account the Agreement on Units.

We perform support in Open lines chat. You can reach us via:

The chat right in your Bitrix24 (the link opens a chatbox in your Bitrix24).
The chat at our site informunity.us (the icon in the right bottom corner opens a chatbox). After the start of the dialog enter your email so that you could receive a notification about our reply and the communication history even after you close tab with the chat in your browser.

The first way is the most convenient one: you will always find our reply and the communication history in your Bitrix24 messenger. But for the link to work in a self-hosted version of Bitrix24, you must have all necessary modules installed and the Bitrix24 account must have connection with the outer world. If the first option does not work for one reason or another, please proceed with the second one.

Please install the "GPT Consultant" app from the Market.

On the application page, set the rules of communication and add a knowledge base — questions/answers that the Consultant should know.

In the Open Channels settings, on the Chatbots tab, add a Consultant.

Personal account

You can add funds to your account in the Personal Account section. Also in this section, you can access the history of operations for InformUnity applications.
